I have ordered here for a very long time, and was extremely disappointed today when I found out that I am charged a 10% fee just for calling in my order. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant CHARGE YOU FOR CALLING. Food was absolutely horrible, crab rangoons were stale and had 0 crab in them. I will absolutely never return here again, and will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.

Aside from the awful customer service I receive every single time I go…They have now started charging a 10% CALL IN TO ORDER FEE. Which the call in was terrible, I had to start my order over twice because they wouldn’t calm down to just listen to me. I have been ordering from here for a while because it is the only decent sushi close to my work. I no longer look at the menu, I just call to order. Today, I was surprised with a 10% call in fee, nothing mentioned on the phone, they said because it is on the menu. When I called to ask why/when they charge this fee I got, “we have to pay employees to answer the phone” …yup, as does EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT.Opened up my food, crab Rangoons are hard and have close to 0 crab in them.

Don't tip here before your transaction is complete, I tipped them $3.00 and for some reason when my meal cost $39.17 they didn't give me my change. She just slammed the register shut and said have a nice day. They left out things from our order that we paid for. Thanks.

They give smaller portion sizes for takeout. This place obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, only maximizing profits. There are plenty of other good Chinese/sushi restaurants in the area. I would avoid this one.

The food tasted good, portion sizes good, table clean, etc.I don't think the lady working the front is very nice but it's pretty on-brand for the way I've been treated by Chinese folks while traveling the Western Pac. I don't think she means anything by it but still worth noting that you're probably going to be met with some stern customer service but I think the food is really good.

Very thinly sliced 6 piece sushi rolls. Out of all the sushi I’ve tried in Chattanooga, this was the worst, yet most expensive. Their profit margins must be ridiculous. Even Publix sushi is a better option than this.

Probably good for takeout. Chinese food looked reallygood but we had sushi. Staff was not friendly at all.
I got the sesame chicken, the yellow tail and the tuna roll to-go. For my first experience it wasn’t ideal. If you call to order they charge you a $2 fee, which I wasn’t aware of until pickup. The food was okay. The rice in the sushi was a little dry. The flavor of the sesame chicken was good but their fried rice in their combos is just fried rice with no eggs or vegetables.
