I usually have a great experience here, but last night was terrible. My sister and I had a spur of the moment idea to come last night but we didn’t have any cash on us. I asked the security guy if it would be possible to charge our 5 dollar fee to our cards when we got in. He immediately shut us down before I could even get the whole question out of my mouth. He stated we have no way to charge your card. My sister then asked for the manager and he refused saying that he couldn’t leave his spot. Another customer said that he would go get the manager and only then did the security guy “left his spot” to have a 3 minute conversation with the manager before the manager came out and told us it wasn’t possible for our cards to take entry charge. Security guy is very unprofessional. Every other bar in chatt has great, professional security who even laugh and cut up with customers as you go through the door. If you hate your job, that’s fine, just find another one before you run more paying customers away. Also, probably should figure out a way to charge cards for the entry fee like every bar does.

My friend and I came to play Jam Exam on Thursday and ate dinner before we played. I had the blackened ribeye with Gouda Mac n cheese and sauteed mushrooms. My friend had a pulled pork sandwich with fried okra. My steak was quite salty and slightly overcooked, but pretty good. The Mac n cheese was exceptional. My friend enjoyed her sandwich. I had a couple of Longbow ciders, which is hard to find, so I was really happy to see it on the menu. Their drink menu is extensive and really great, especially their signature cocktails and shots. Our server was fantastic, attentive without hovering. The decor is pretty simple, but they have some cool pictures of musicians on the walls. Before and during the game several people got up to sing karaoke, which was entertaining. They have special several nights a week, including ladies night. I'd definitely come back again to try the wings and enjoy some cocktails while watching karaoke.

Low carb eaters will love the fresh made pork rinds that have diff. flavors and Generous portions. Wings are excellent I haven't had them since pandemic and shrinkflation made them smaller but not as small as Buffalo wild wings. they are grilled or smoked then flash fried. Place is small so it gets crowded quick on weekends. Server was rude but overwhelmed so I guess that makes it okay enough.Dietary restrictions: low carb

The worst night ever we was celebrating my daughter birthday atmosphere was good music food which I had to wait 30 minutes on the waitress never came to table we had to flag her down my daughter asked for ticket she slammed on table she over charged my cousin for food she didn't order and she looked at my daughter and said yall ain't going to tip her anyways people should not judge others me and my family always tip cause we know servers don't make much yes I tip her for my food 10.00 for 20.00 worth of food don't know if she was having a bad day or the color of my skin but personal problems should be left outside of the restaurant not brought into the restaurant my first and might be my last treat people the way you want to be treated you get a attitude with me look for one back

For starters if you are going to have a doorman, or security maybe he should stand at the entrance to greet customers. By greet that means actually be professional, ask for ID and such. But here was how your little guy acted. I am walking in...he's hey man hey , he was smoking off to the side of the entrance not in the fenced I'm area. He then says you can't just walk in I need to see your ID. I had no clue there was someone working. I replied sorry u didn't know since you wasn't at the entrance period. His response...you got a knife....uh what...one of the guests had a temporary ID. He said what's this....well...a temporary id...when you renew this is what you get... oh we don't take that....I went here a few years ago and loved it. The security is a joke , very unprofessional, has 0 clue how to be a doorman or security or bouncer , everyone else in the area had no issue with the id....do you have a second form of ID with your name on it..yep..ok here you go thanks...not this guy lol.. yo man you got a knife....what the lol!! Epic.....I see why not one person was inside ....never will go back to this dive that once was pretty fun.

Went here Friday night with a group of friends. We had a GREAT time. What a fun and unique place! Our wings were the best I've ever had! TN Whisky was yummy! We had to wait a minute to sing, but that was obviously expected with that many people there waiting to karaoke. The drinks were good and "well poured." The wait staff was nice and considering how busy they were, very attentive. We will definitely be back for more downtown fun at this place!
Server was extremely rude and the bar tender was understandably busy but was extremely rude when a drink was requested. The atmosphere was fun with people singing but overall the service was not there.

We took our friends to this place because we all love karaoke. There was a $5 per head cover charge and one of my friends is handicapped. We went in and some people cut in front of us and took one of the only available tables. We had to go to the back of the restaurant and the only small table available there did not allow enough room for our friend to be able to sit comfortably. We went back out to the front and ask the gentleman if we could just please have our $20 back because there was no place to sit and he absolutely was rude and refused! I could see if we had stayed more than 30 minutes but we were there less than 10 if it was that long. Also the music was so loud you could not hear the singers so there was no professionalism in the karaoke either. I would never even attempt to go back in this place!

I was not excited to go here but it was a fun time. Our waitress Abby was fantastic, fast and had a great attitude. The karaoke was hilarious and everyone loved their food. I will definitely be back

The sound is muffled and can't understand it near the front of building. The poor waitress ran around covering the whole floor and was overwhelmed. The DJ knew the program but didn't know how to improve the sound so when she called a name you couldn't understand her.the stage sounded ok but nowhere else..I did fix the bathroom urinal that hung up and helped stop the flooding of it tho...
