The food was good. We had duck, beet salad, and scallops. Our server was very good and knowledgeable. However, the hostess was rude when we arrived and when we left. We told them it was our anniversary but no one acknowledged it, even though they acknowledged another couple’s anniversary right next to us. The booth portion of our table was extremely uncomfortable, and we were sitting on top of the people next to us.

We were lucky to snag a reservation on Saturday and were greeted by Shannon (amazing knowledge and guidance) who helped us through an extraordinary meal. We started with the Foi Gras, proceeded to share the pork belly, and then it was on to our main courses of Ossobuco and a wagyu NY strip. It was incredible, start to finish. The presentation, wine selection suggestions - there wasn't a thing I would improve. Just fantastic.

Lovely atmosphere, our host was really sweet and nice. Great birthday dinner. Food and drinks were delicious!Parking: They have a small strip behind the restaurant for their employees and guests but it’s always full because it’s free. You have to go park and pay in the lot across the street or on the street.

First of all the 3 stars is for the manager, NOT our server. She was perfect. We've eaten here a handful of times when visiting Chattanooga. It is a very good restaurant, although not consistently so. They are usually quite conscientious, but not this time. On our recent visit, my fish entree was COLD in the center, and thus had to be taken back for what I thought would be a replacement. Since we both had the fish, it made no sense for my partner to sit there and not enjoy his ...which he said was excellent. So, we basically didn't eat our meal together, which I guess in the larger scheme of world affairs isn't a big deal, but it does defeat the purpose of going to dinner together in a very nice, expensive restaurant. When my fish was returned to me, it was still the same fish, with the same side items, only now on a much hotter plate. So, in addition to not eating together, my meal itself was really just okay. A manager came over to check on us, and I expressed my disappointment in both the meal and the fact that we didn't get to dine together. Note, that WE DID NOT ASK FOR ANYTHING, but predictably, he offered us free dessert, (a standard cheap way out of appeasing someone since most restaurants don't profit much from desserts in the first place). This free dessert was offered to us twice and twice we said we don't eat dessert, which is true. Then he asked us what we thought he should do? Really? We just said, "Do whatever you think is right." It was quite awkward. When the bill came, the one fish entree was removed, but we left feeling like it was the very last thing they wanted to do. We tipped our server well, (none of it was her fault) and left. We will dine here again, but I do think this manager needs a bit more training in how best to deal with these types of things when they occur, as they sometimes do. Maybe the cook also needs a meat thermometer for testing the proper doneness of fish, so that doesn't happen again.
