The waitress brought them a stack of flimsy napkins. As I sit here, the entire table of guests has their feet in a puddle of beer. I approached the manager (Dana) to ask him if they had a mop to clean up the floor since it’s a liability and safety issue. He told me he needed to get people seated (there was nobody waiting to be seated). I insisted and he comes out a few minutes later with a broom and dust pan! I couldn’t believe it. He swept up a napkin then walked away. It’s 20 minutes later and they’re STILL sitting in beer on the floor. Shameful and pathetic! I’ll never be back.

The service and atmosphere were fine. Maybe the server was a little more than fine as she as personable, however, the issue is we waited an hour and 20 minutes and never received our food order. The manager on duty came by to check on us after we had sat with our appetizers for over an hour and asked us how our meal was, we explained that we hadn’t received it. We later flagged down the same manager about 15-20 minutes later and just asked him to cancel our order. There was no apology or “how can we make this right?” moment. Needless to say customer service was lacking in that regard. In fact, when we left there was active effort from the manager to avoid eye contact with us.I strongly feel if it’s worth your while to come to a table to see how a consumer’s meal was and you realize there is a problem you should make an effort to ensure that they get satisfactorily served or work to make it right or at least an apology for the breakdown in service instead of avoiding eye contact as the customer leaves.We were charged for our appetizers and drinks, which is fine, we did get those, but come on… really? You’re going to charge a customer fully when they’ve sat an hour and 20 minutes and never received their meal. And mind you… only 10 tables were seated at the time.Thought I’d share so you can make your mind up. Of note, Applebee’s is right across the street and has similar food at a similar price and apparently you get a better chance of actually getting a meal before you leave.

After receiving no service from a different restaurant next to Tacomac and leaving, it was amazing to enter a restaurant that was inviting and engaging. The food was very good. The drinks as well our server and the host made our night competly turn around from the other restaurant that never came around to even great us. Thanks Tacomac you were super busy that night but still were able to provide great service!
Still one of my favorite places! Best brussel sprouts on the planet!

Really enjoyed my time here, had a mistake with my meal but it was taken care of immediately with grace and aplomb. John the manager was great, as was my server James. Highly recommend stopping by for a fun and quality experience if you're in downtown Chattanooga.

Tried to eat dinner w my wife and son on Sat and it being so beautiful outside we requested to sit outside. The chubby 12 year old host told me that was fine and then 20min later told us he had a table inside ready. Plenty of other people were eating outside so we reminded him that we were comfortable right where we were. He then started arguing with me and provided no reason other than that they were busy, so we either had to sit inside or leave. So.. we left. Wish I could tell you about the food but if it's anything like their host, it's sad and bunk. Never again.. thanks for nothing.

Order was for delivery, waited over an hour to receive text order cancelled...contacted the manager to find out door dash picked order up, but never delivered. Manager gave a refund. I then drove to pickup the order I didn't receive anything to accommodate the inconvenience. Nevertheless the food was not bad.
It was the worst most awful experience of my life. Our waiter was a very unpleasant person?. she left hair in my girlfriend and I’s food. my brussels sprouts were uncooked and cold. her name was Caroline and she was mean.
