Associates don't give you enough time to look at menu and say your order before interrupting you and asking you another question when you don't even have the first thing answered yet. So very frustrating, especially when you already have issues going on in car with autistic child, and just drove through 5pm traffic to get the food! It was our first time eating there. I was so frustrated after she said no, fries do not come with meal (I thought sign said chicken, biscuit, fries and 1 fixen) kids got upset I was upset cashier was like whatever. I left, too kids home and drove back up there through traffic again and re ordered everything and tried again! Cashiers need to be more patient when people order and nicer, Thier behavior impacts the taste and experience in any establishment from being good to leaving a bad taste.

I had never had bojangle strips until my cousins raved about them. Well I am dissatisfied and disappointed in my local store. The strips look ridiculous. $10 for 4 strips that looked like they were cut in half. And so smal it should have been on the kids menu.Biscuit was crumbling before I can get it out the box. I always ordered their fried sweet potato pie and that to crumbled. The quality is really lacking. I don't know what's going on. But,it's nothing like the one in Nashville nor in Texas. I had already gotten home when I looked in the box and my daughter ate them before I could take a picture. Last time I will be going there.

Lived here 13 years and never had Bojangles until today that chicken was so juicy and fresh burnt my tongue a little bit didn’t think it was that fresh haha oh and that spice didn’t know the original came like that man that food was good mac was good mashed potatoes had a kick in the gravy gives what you would expect seeing it is the south haha maybe people need to come back and re-experience you guys I loved my first experience.THAT BLUEBERRY BISCUIT MY GAWD 10/10

The cashier was very friendly. He treated us to free drinks and pie. He apologized for the wait, which was only 3 minutes. Asked if i was military, yes i am. Thanked me for my service. Chicken was hot and fresh. Even got an extra piece free. Great meal. Thanks and stay blessed. You made our day by being kind.

the food is good but the service not so good! one time they told me to pull up and wait for my food and after bout 20 mins I go and check on the hold up and how about they forgot about me and then had the nerve to ask for me to wait for them to make the food. i was late for work behind that lol

It’s been a min since I had BO! Maaaaaan I been missing out. This particular location is every bit of good. The steak biscuit (egg/chs) soooo good! The BO ROUNDS, maaaan seasoned so good! I’ve had bf the past few days! Ima try the chicken and mac next!!This is definitely my go to for now!Workers are always nice and professional.

Waited 15 minutes before anyone asked what I would like to order and additional 25 minutes for the food to be brought to the table. 4 people waiting in line walked out after also waiting 15 minutes for their order to be taken. This is a fast food restaurant and this was absolutely ridiculous.
