My favorite Mexican food restaurant in town! I've been going to this place since it opened years ago and it has never disappointed me. The food is always brought out hot and the servings are huge. I recommend the Super Chimichangas (beef, chicken, and shrimp). So good!

My daughter and I had lunch here today. The service was great. Everyone who worked there that we interacted with was very pleasant. The restaurant seemed clean. The food was brought out very timely, and was hot. The food was delicious! I would highly recommend them if you are wanting Mexican food.

Service and atmosphere were great. The menu is too much. The food is mediocre. There are better places in town. Alcoholic drinks are pretty weak, mainly sugar. When I think mexican food I think authentic this is like tex

When I tell you the food was delivered quick, great presentation, fresh, steamy, delicious! That’s an understatement!

The server was barely above "warm body" status. My grandson ordered their kids pizza, and I knew not to expect much as far as quality, but it was definitely not something that one should have brought to a table. It was soggy to the point it looked like raw dough. He didn't eat any of it except for the tiny taste he took, and he even spit that out. I pointed this out to the guy, and he told us he took it off of our ticket. No, he marked it off of his pad, but not out of the system. The enchiladas rancheros not only looked like fresh vomit on a dinner plate served with extra nasty, but it tasted just as bad as it looks. The shrimp quesadilla, while being stuffed with a bunch of whole, not chopped or cut or diced, shrimp, it was beyond flavorless. And they shoved it all in 1 uncut fajita size tortilla, as opposed to the normal 2 fajita size tortillas, and melted maybe ⅓ of a piece of white American cheese ??, because american cheese no matter the collor is just yuck on anything other than a grilled cheese and queso dip, and decided to called that plate done. And it ain't that cheap either. Taco Bell is like a 6 star gourmet restaurant compared to this awful food establishment.

Update 12/6/23I will not return to this restaurant again! The food quality has been going down over the years. Now it just does not have any flavor. I had to add salt/pepper/and or hot sauce to everything.ALL THE FOOD WAS BLAND. No real effort was put into making these meals. The restaurant was dirty. Example there was a spill covered with paper towels on the floor prior to me being sat down. Those paper towels were on the floor for almost my entire stay, staff just walked around it. There was also papers and trash on the floor on other side of dining are near bar.Food prices - no issuePortion sizes - no issueOverall food quality is 1. Cleanliness 1Friendliness of staff 3That is unacceptable for a restaurant that has been in business for over 20 years. There are too many options on Wilma Rudolph. After several visits with less than mediocre food/cleanliness/service I can no longer recommend this restaurant.Visit other Mexican restaurants (or food trucks) on the same street. Was greeted and seated immediately after arriving - no wait time.Ordered the Molcajete - contained shrimp, chicken, steak with green onions, sliced cactus leaf, and tomato in a red sauce with a side of rice and beans and tortillas. My meal was huge. My friend and I shared the meal along with the chips and salsa and I still had some leftover to take home.Flavor of food was very good. Salsa was pretty much tomatoes so I asked for the spicier salsa which they quickly brought. To drink we each had the Horchata which was super delicious.Only negative I have is that it was really dark in there I had a hard time reading the menu but that could just be me.Decor is festive and Spanish music playing on the background was nice, loud enough to hear but low enough to have conversation without speaking loud. Will definitely return.
