Placed an order for pickup to enjoy during the super bowl. The order I received was accurate but both meals look as if they were old and heated up. The chicken wing orfer barely has any fries and the wings look old. The boneless wings order looks like it is for a kid.

I've been coming to this resturant for a long time. I have watched it steadily go downhill. I don't know if they've just lost a step and are hiring less-than-stellar people or if new policies are causing the issues, but, whatever the reason, there has been a very hard decline. I visited last night before heading to an event and it was by far the worst visit yet. My guest and I ordered twenty boneless wings. It was over an hour before they got to us. We were never asked if we needed refills or really paid attention to in any way, shape, or form. I'm pretty confident in saying that I've finally given up on this resturant. I hate to leave the food behind (that has never been the problem), but the other issues have finally hit the point where I'd rather spend my money somewhere else.

Now the location may be sketchy but the food service and atmosphere is on point. Love management. I didn't get the managers name but he's from Shreveport LA and just the coolest! He came by just to check up and say wassup. Even saved me a few bucks. Oh his name is Quinn! Love him! Our waitress was not 9nly pretty but attentive. She also hooked me up w some savings by telling me when happy hour was and that my next drink was on the list. Food came out hot and tasty. So in that I say don't let the location get ya cuz the best folks are located right here.

Always receive a warm welcome and great service when I eat here or just pick up an order to goParking: The parking lot is old and has a few pot holes qnd cracks here and there but for the most part it's huge and has plenty of room for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: A ramp goes right up to the front door.
Would have given no stars but my boyfriend loved his sliders. Attempted to call multiple times today with no answer. Got a 10 piece extra crispy last night and ate 3 on the way home in the dark. I obviously noticed they weren’t extra crispy while eating them but I thought I’ll just stick them in the air fryer it’s fine. Only to get home open the box back up and see that none of the wings were cooked all the way through. Stomach cramps and puke all day and no way to reach anyone in management just to inform them is crazy. I definitely don’t want anything re-made. Long story short.. check your wings before you leave.

The hooters were hootin but the food wasn’t foodin…. Ordered about 70 dollars worth of food and picked it up and brought it home, the burgers were over cooked and the orders weren’t correct, they didn’t add the onion rings , jalapeño peppers or the bacon that I paid extra for, they didn’t pack any sauces for the chicken tenders and the tenders were over cooked and hard. Food would probably be good if someone knew how to cook it right and read the order slip correctly

Our pickles went to another table.Then the pickles they brought us came out 10 min after the food.Wasn’t allowed to have silver wearHad to ask the manager three times to get extra platesCups sat empty for 20 minutes and still have not been filled as I write this.Not once has anyone asked if we needed anything.Absolutely worst service and management ever
