This coffee tastes like it’s been sitting or like it's burnt. It’s always bitter no matter how much cream and sugar I put in it. It takes forever to get drinks out, I want to support this business but every time I go I’m so disappointed, I end up throwing out an $8 coffee. Even the tea tasted like the tea bags were sitting in it all day, it was a very odd taste and had tea leaves all in it.

I enjoy the cozy atmosphere this place has, quiet music playing loud enough to be heard but not overbearing. The croissant sandwhich and bagel sandwhiches were delicious. The mochas are sweet and hot. Would recommend for both a laid back breakfast, or a quick grab and go breakfast.

As always an absolutely wonderful experience at lassiters. Not only is the refreshments wonderful the environment is relaxing and great for when you just want to sit and relax or if you have a business meeting and want to be able to get things done

I love the iced white chocolate coffee.When I can get it, I also love the banana nut muffin. Lately I've been settling for the chocolate which is also delicious especially warm!

Absolutely love this place. I do college online and i love that this place has private booths with charging outlets. The baristas are always super nice. Overall love the environment!
Usually my experience is fine. I mostly order the breakfast sandwiches, which are really good, but be prepared to be waiting at the window for at least 5 minutes after paying when you get a sandwich. Today however, I was very unimpressed with my visit. I ordered a small hot drink. Obviously hot drinks come fairly hot, and I wanted to drink it right away, so I asked for it at a drinkable temperature (which I’ve done at all other coffee shops as it’s a very normal request) and Olivia taking my order decided to laugh at me. If you wanna laugh about me wanting a cooler temp after I leave by all means do it, but maybe not great customer service to laugh at your customer on the speaker. Put me in a very off mood about coming here. Extremely unprofessional behavior. I worked 2+ years in a coffee shop and NEVER treated my customers this way.

Super disappointing all the hours stay open, but when I got there, they were not open, no closed sign on the door or anything. Wasted a special trip over here.I was there today 9/15 between 3:00pm & 3:30pm.
