The service was slow and the boba was disappointing. I ordered a blended mango boba and it tasted nothing like mango. It tasted like a bath and body works candle with lavender. I don't think they wash the blenders after each use. I don't think the self service bar should be open during covid. People can breathe and sneeze on the toppings because they're not covered. I need to hurry home to Vegas for quality boba.

I really like the bubble teas, shakesashakes,t and froyos at this place. However, it always smells like a wet fart as soon as you walk in. Like there is some kind of water leak somewhere near the front door or perhaps near one of the refrigerator's upfront and it just smells off-putting.

So, I genuinely don't understand any of the good reviews. I came here a few weeks ago mid-afternoon when they were not busy at all. I was glanced at by the employees, not greeted, and waited for several minutes before my order was taken. I wanted an iced Thai tea. Coming from So Cal, Thai tea is one of the most basic drinks you could order at any shop that serves boba/bubble tea. I later discovered that their Thai tea is powdered. It was super over priced considering it wasn't even made with real tea. When I finally got my beverage, it tasted extremely watery, not really close to Thai tea at all. The fact that the beverages are so highly priced, low quality, and on top of that wasn't even paired with decent customer service is the reason I won't be returning.

My 2nd time visiting today and was upset that the machine y'all made the lil frozen yogart swirl thingy is gone (not sure what it was called lol) but my visit today was still pleasant and my vanilla ice cream with fruit toppings was sooo good

Went there yesterday and this place was filthy I didn’t realize until I had already ordered (trash ice cream topping on shelves next to stored food! Trash under shelves and on floor under tables tables not wiped even ice cream on signs display on counter never going there again threw away the ice cream I had paid for!!

I had been going to this place for boba for a while, love it! Until I brought my husband to this place and he noticed a weird moldy smell and where the ice cream is at he showed me multiple spots of mold on it.I was so disappointed because you don't know how far that mold has spread and we couldn't find the health and food wellness certificate in their store either.

Went when it was about to close and the guy working was super cool, I didn't get his name but he definitely deserves a raise, had an amazing conversation with him and he made super good bubble tea and frappe for us! Talked about Avatar the Last Airbender (best show ever) and definitely had a great time!
They are ALWAYS out of multiple flavors for the bubble tea. One time I came here and went through 7 different flavors and they said no to each one. If the stocking was better then they would have a 5 star.

Kinda sad they are getting of rolled ice cream. I really loved the stuff and I know others will too. Regardless it is a very nice place to relax and drink some bubble tea. Very mellow atmosphere.

By far the worst bubble tea I've ever had. I don't know what they're doing to it but I've had bubble tea more times than I can count and the flavor is so bad. It's super watered down and it tastes ridiculously artificial. I took a few sips and couldn't do it so I threw it away. Ended up leaving and buying one from a different place.

Rolled ice cream was the worst I’ve ever had.. The vanilla base was bland and had a terrible aftertaste.. The bowl was half full and Brayla (or however you spell her name) was rude and had terrible attitude. WILL NEVER RETURN!

I can't even describe how awful the bubble tea is from here. I ended up taking only a few sips and threw it away. I ended up leaving and going to buy one elsewhere.
