The puked pork was amazing I had it with a side of Mac and the beans. The mac N cheese was baked with love and very flavorful, the beans had onions peppers and meat in them and was easily my favorite.My wife had pretty much the same order except she had the brisket, her only complaint was there was too much fat on the brisket (I ate the fat for her?)We both ate a side of wings and they were cooked to a crisp perfection we could taste the seasoning all the way to the bone.
Being from Texas it's tough to find good brisket, but Smoove's delivered! The brisket plate was excellent. The smoked mac & cheese was very good, but could have used some extra smoke time. The baked beans and greens were pretty good as well. Will definitely be returning to try out the other meat options. Stamp of approval - check! ✔️

New to Clarksville, and it was my first barbecue stop. All I ordered was real good. However, the smoke mac & cheese was not smoked they were runny. However, the the ribs were tender and the wings were smoked to perfection. The brisket had a good flavor, but not as tender and juicy as the ribs and chicken. The greens were tender and the baked beans were delicious. The place is spacious with a lot of potential. The staff/cook was pleasant.
