The food is good, I enjoy it and my family does as well.. when we get what we actually ordered.Out of the last 5 times we ate here, someone's order was messed up or completely wrong. Just tonight, I attempted to get a baconator double and instead was given a single cheeseburger, which means I paid $11 for a single cheeseburger ($5) instead of what I ordered.I have checked food in the past, but I don't make it a habit. I shouldn't have to check every single piece of food that I order to make sure it's correct, there should be a Standard Operating Procedure for that or at least spend an extra 20 seconds to double check the orders. I'm already waiting, 20 more seconds won't kill me.Again, the food is good, but for the love of whatever you believe in, check every single piece of food that you order before you leave or you may end up paying more than what you actually get.

Under staffed, slow service. Ordered Spicy Chicken combo. They have changed the chicken from a thick spicy breading to a flat as a pancake piece of chicken. It was over cooked, super hard around the edges.

When I say the people at this Wendy’s is beyond rude, that’s an understatement. They are very rude and always get my order wrong and then give attitude when it’s brought to their attention. Our fries are always hard as a rock and taste old. The bacon is pure fat and we got food poisoning after eating here so needless to say, horrible.
Ordered mobile pick-up and waited for half hour and when we get home, fries were missing, nuggets were missing….i can tolerate the slow service, but messing up our order for my family dinner, this Wendy’s is pure joke.

Weird review, but I’m just hoping that her management sees this. Whoever was manager on Oct. 28th around 6-8 is phenomenal. I called to let her know about some of her employees who were acting inappropriately and she took my call and handled the situation amazingly.Whoever she is, she deserves a raise, she crushed it.
