Super rude service (from the server). Went for my brothers birthday and the server had us waiting over a hour to order our food, yes they were very busy so we were being patient. But the more patient we got, the more our server took other people's orders. We had people sit down after us and they ordered the food, ate the food, and paid for the food all before our servers even came back with our drink orders... When we confronted the server about it, then asked for a new server.. she got really rude and claimed to be "the best server there" .... Long story short we ended up having to go to O'Charley's to eat... The only reason I didn't give it one star, was because the manager came out apologized tried to get us to stay but our minds were already made up to leave. So she ended up giving us a free meal for the next time we come back... Which will be the ONLY reason I go back.

Sarah our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. She was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had about anything. The food was great and hot and fresh. There was not a wait to be seated any. If I'm in the area I'll be going back here again. Was a nice clean restaurant. The silverware and plates and cups were all clean.

Tried the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Both were over cooked. Smallest chicken breast I've ever seen. And only 4 tiny shrimp. Plus we waited over 20 mins for our order. Was not busy at all.

I asked the bartender(J.D.) if he had any time because he was so busy and he turns to me and says "...I have all the time in the world." This is what great service feels like. The music was good, the service was good, the food was good, the drinks were good. I'm glad when I work a hard day's work, that I can come to Applebee's and be treated like royalty. This is great place to bring your family, I can't wait for my next visit. This is a team operation that would not be possible without the general manger who has the most energetic, hardworking, mature and hygienic staff. Thank you Aaron.

The food wasn't the greatest. It was cold, portions got smaller.
Im not sure if I'm going back. Now it's 50/50 if I get a good meal for the cost.

Food was cold an Penn Pasta isn't good cool along with bread that was hard an when we wanted anything, we couldn't find her so we just gave up. Took the money for the bill an it took forever to come back with change. Never again will I eat here. The worse food ever.

If I could give them a negative -100 I would. This place and their staff are a joke. My husband ordered a neighborhood burger and the patties were cut in half and laid sideways on top of each other and burnt. Their were 2 different cheeses and he asked for American and asked for no onion and their was onion. The fries were Luke warm and old tasting. When speaking to the Manager McKayla she said they use kids burgers for the patties. It doesn't say this on the menu!! And it was one burger cut in half!! She never apologized and only made excuses. My husband never got any food because at this point I was done eating. I had to get up and walk over to the waitress and pay the bill. And then when speaking to the waitress Laney I told her you never refilled our waters and I was dehydrated. I said I use to be a waitress and I said let me give you some tips. Then she admitted to me it was her last day and she said waitressing wasn't for her when she had only been there for 2 weeks!!! Well if you have someone leaving and they have an I dont care attitude you should probably put them as a hostess!! We won't be coming back and I'm contacting the GM Monday.!!

As an Active Duty African-American service member, it’s quite the experience to have 3 separate employees look at my valid Arizona ID and request me for a secondary source of ID (My CAC). Took 15 minutes of waiting at the table for the server and manager to come back and even ask; why not just ask at the get go of ordering? We decided just to leave as it felt uncomfortable that only my ID warranted such the search for truth with the employees. All my group and I asked for was the $1 Zombie drinks with me asking for a pitcher of water. Right before Veterans Day is sad that this occurs. No other person in my group (all Caucasian) was asked for a secondary ID. Probably won’t come back to visit this Applebees let alone Cleveland, TN.

Still as bad as the last time we tried this location a couple years ago . Figured we would see if it got better, nope! Even the water had a funny taste to it.... *update, forgot to add that after we sent the 4-cheese mac and chicken tenders back (no taste to the dish, pasta was overcooked....bad) manager was kind enough to remove the order from our bill. BUT the true test is did he/she come talk to us to figure out what was wrong and fix it? No, and that is way this location has been terrible for years.
