Every time I come here, I leave here with a full belly and wanting to come back later on. Been here multiple times over the years and every time the service is quite exceptional. The food comes out steaming, plenty of refills, and the waitresses are always polite, smiling, and willing to ensure customer satisfaction.The bathrooms are also extremely clean with plenty of soap and paper towels.If alcohol is your thing, they have a unique set of shots to try with descriptions, along plenty of regular beers too.Drop on in and give them a try, you won't regret it!Parking: Suite with parking all around, even across the street.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menuWheelchair accessibility: Handicap Parking with entry ramp.

We LOVE Big Tom's!The appetizers are always amazing, the atmosphere is great. For all you locals who miss Witherspoon's... Big Tom's French Dip is where it's at 1000%!!! Hands down the best FD I've had since leaving Witherspoon's, and that comes from someone who worked there for many years.Eat at Big Tom's. You won't be disappointed.

I hate doing reviews like this one based on my expectations. I've been in the mood for good BBQ for some time & had to be in Cleveland for a day, so I looked at reviews & saw that Big Tom's was pretty well rated with solid reviews, so I bit & went for lunch.I was hoping to get a good BBQ plate with ribs, brisket & some yummy sides. Amazingly they said they only do ribs every other week & same with brisket, which left pulled pork with a plastic cup of a liquid to pour on the pork for flavor. I asked about several of the sides & they confirmed they came out of frozen bags "but are really good". I bit on the okra & it was ok for being frozen. The mac & cheese was pretty runny & I suspect it came out of a box.I should have looked closely at the menu before ever going there, but I didn't so that's my bad. The staff & customers at the bar were all really nice & hospitable so that's a plus. The decor & "feel" of the place is quite cool, so that's another plus.I'd normally give a review of 2 stars based on my disappointment in a BBQ joint not having normal BBQ items & pushed it up to 3 stars simply based on the vibe & the staff. But, I definitely won't be returning...

I have never been so disappointed with a hometown business and embarrassed because I brought someone along who didn't know about the place...... she wanted a great burger .....I thought....big Tom's should have one easy .....ordered the big "PRIME " burger ......it was about 1/8 inch thin ....so old overcooked and rubbery it couldn't even be cut in half ......ordered the French dip ....had to ask & wait for au jus ...it comes with all French dips .....appetizer of onion rings ...and although they weren't awful (definitely the best thing we got) they were far from the onion rings that I've come to expect from Big Tom's......my side item was supposed to be blackened tater tots ...they didn't have the blackened seasoning and they seemed to be cooked so long that they could fool me but they were so hard they couldn't be chewed ....I'm so disappointed....
