Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady that took the order was nice but when I got the window they handed me a cup that had a crack all the way from the top to the bottom. As soon as the dude handed it to me the cup split in half and soaked me and everything in my car. It was already leaking before they sent it out the window so they knew it was busted. Never had any problems here so it's disappointing the quality of employees has started to slip.
I have to downgrade my review because of the service that I received this morning. I ordered a steak and cheese combo but was given a sausage and cheese combo, and when I took it back in the girl behind the counter who was making biscuits said I know what I heard and it was not a steak biscuit even though I had to receive in my hand. Bad customer service

Went through the drive thru. Biscuits and gravy were very good. Coffee was fresh and hot. Staff were " local friendly". Nice, friendly and treated me like a neighbor.Would recommend. Well operated Bojangles.

Just left here, placed an order for 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 1 chicken biscuit, when I received the order it was completely inaccurate… Like completely different meals from what I ordered and missing the sauce packets I asked for twice. I always check my bag before pulling off, I say “this order is completely wrong”.The girl at the window proceeds to tell me she thought when I put in the order I meant something else. What in the actual heck?? No I meant exactly what I ordered.Bojangles needs to start paying their employees better so they can hire some more competent help! She tells me she heard what I said but thought I meant something else… weird.
