Amazing place for food or a drink. Wings are phenomenal and Aubrey the bartender made my stay at the bar, fun and accommodating. Definitely will return when I'm back in the area.

I came in with my partner to enjoy a nice burger and a few drinks while we were out in the area, but honestly the experience was not great. While we were waiting for the food, the bartender was just not friendly at all. He had little to say, and if asked for anything it was done with a sigh and what just felt like rude answers for me. I do not know how long it took to make, but by the time our food had made it to us, it had been cold already. We didn't have time to stay and ask for it to be remade, because it felt like it took about 45 minutes to get just a couple burgers and fries' type of meals in the first place. I personally find this unacceptable, and hope that you have better services available next time I find myself in the Cleveland area.

Absolute trash service food was alright nothing spectacular, though the servers and bartenders on two separate occasions have told me it's not their job to serve someone food and drinks they ordered due to them thinking my tab was on another employees ticket, either you need to figure out a chain of command or everyone has to do their own job

First time in this particular CBC. More extensive menu than the one I usually go to. I got the BLT chicken wrap. It was extremely wet and messy as if neither the chopped up bacon nor the chicken was drained of any fat before wrapping it up. Our server, Missy, took very good care of us. Unfortunately had to leave because it started getting too smoky in there.

I was visiting from out of town. This wasn't my first time but it's usual decent if you enjoy a pub atmosphere. On this visit our waiter took our order and a few moments later she walked past our table carry DOG-!! We immediately spoke to a"manager" who advised us she'd wash her hands before serving our food..unacceptable as the dog has also had contact with the waiter clothes. Let's not even talk about her horrible attitude afterwards!!
Only place I could find with pool tables in the Cleveland area. Great atmosphere, great customers and amazing service staff and service. Pool is a reasonable during the week($2/half-hour, $4/ half-hour on the weekends). Smoking is allowed inside, so if that's not your thing, don't go.If you go, ask for Ethan or Jordan. Both great bartenders!

The original owner died of a drug overdose about 10-15 years ago. Then someone was murdered in the parking lot about 4 years ago. This place is dead and has the smell of stale ashtrays and missed opportunities. This is a bar for 50 year old alcoholics. Nice pool tables, if you're into that. Food is just ok.

What the pictures show on the reviews and what we experienced there was amazing! Probably THE best pool hall I've ever been in, high dollar Diamonds, the guys played awesome on them. We got drinks at the bar, and the only unfavorable thing I have to say, is no one ever came over and asked if we needed refills. But it's a very, very nice place
