This is a chick fa la in a non chick fa la building. You cannot find the location. It is inside a building. We ended up going 3 miles down the road to the actual restaurant cause we could not find this location

Food was pretty good like usual, the guy cleaning up the dining room should be given a raise he was walking around asking everyone if they needed refills or anything which I found to be very good ? keep up the good work guys thanksKid-friendliness: My son loves the nuggets
Placed order via app. Drive thru pickup. Arrived at drive thru easy enough verified name and saw they processed my card. Drove around and picked up my order. Drove across town to visit with family and unpacked my order. Well I guess it my fault they didn't pack the condiments requested or and this is the best part the 8 count nuggets for my kids. So everyone had to share parts of there pathetic chick sandwiches to help me feed my kids. So I called the number on the receipt asked the lady to refund the nuggets because they didn't give them to me. She says I will need to drive another 15min across town to get my $4 back. Hummm. I'm like why. She says they will need my card. I'm like I paid on the app just refund it to the card on the receipt. Sorry we can't. But we can offer you a free nuggets credit on the app. Hummmmm. I can't believe that is true if Walmart can scan a receipt and credit to my card without my card so can they. They just don't want to refund the money. So they are making it hard on purpose. It was a big order if I need to start bring a table to lay the food out on to double check the order so my kids get to eat I will but maybe they could just learn to put what I ordered into the bag and if they mess up refund me over the phone or through the app

Waited 22 minutes in the drive through for a salad and grilled nuggets. Got back to my shop. No sauce. No dressing and the nuggets where breaded. 1 star

They rush you to order so fast you can't get a look at anything. Food is fresh but kinda plain, and really expensive.

I have been through this drive thru many times, and most of the time it's been good. I can say my trip there on Tuesday the 15th, was the worst experience. Was there around 4-4:15, so I don't know if there was shift change or what, but the line was not even that long and I waited about 20 minutes for a kids nugget meal. I thought perhaps since it took so long, the food would be fresh, however, this was not the case and people were getting impatient so I did not check the food before pulling off. The nuggets were dry and cool, and the fries were soggy and cool.....the diet lemonade must have been the bottom of the tank, as I ingested enough pulp for about 6 drinks in a small cup. Someone needs to work on their cooking skills or maybe needs more training. All in all, it seems that we must have been waiting that whole time for the crew to check their facebook and instagram, instead of actually doing their job. I don't normally post bad reviews, but my first job was at chick-fil-a about 30 years ago...and we took pride in our food, as well as customer service. I would have never knowingly served such a meal. DO BETTER folks, it's not rocket science. PS - I seriously almost choked on the dry nugget that lodged in my esophagus, I thank God for the pulp water to rinse it down.

This of course it's my daughter's favorite place to eat. Today is her birthday and there not open on Sunday so I'll take her Monday to eat there. Only thing is we don't have one close. We have to drive to Cleveland from Etowah. Which is a good 45mins.
