I will never go to this Firehouse again. I went in on a Friday night and the store had no one in it. The employees said it would be 25-30 minutes until they could get to my order since they had a lot of online orders to do. What the heck?? I understand the importance of online orders but come on your suppose to take care of your in store customers too.

Went to Firehouse on August 14 2023. The employees were nice but didn’t pay attention to what was ask for. Multiple times I ask for extra spare pickles and the one taken order said no problem. But the girl making food was watching tv and didn’t make sandwich right nor did she even add a pickle to my order. Bread was little to toasted. Meet and what little toppings I got was also good.

Lettuce was soggy chose a time for pickup was done way before and cold and it was supposedly a hot sub !!!
Friendly, fast and good / update a year later- still friendly, not as fast and order was backwards(wrong toppings on subs). Down from 5* to 4*

I'm addicted to firehouse subs, especially since they rolled the gluten free bun out!! First of all, this bun doesn't fall apart. That's unheard of with gluten free bread. Well done! Second, everyone at this location is consistently pleasant to speak with. And lastly, this place is very clean! Thank you!

Dirty place. Customer service is not the strong suit of the staff. Bathroom filthy. Trash can even filthier. Came in at 11.45 am. So either evening staff sucked or morning shift did. Floor had not been mopped I quite some time and the lid got the coke cups had some kind of weird nasty stuff in them

Can't go wrong with a hook and ladder. Ambiance is no different than any other sub shop in the area. Pricey for the amount of food and quality. Service is usually pretty quick.

Went to this location for dinner after placing an order online. When I walked in at 6:25, I was told my order is for 6:30 so I need to wait. All employees were just talking and there weren’t any customers in the lobby. I didn’t get my order until 6:40. Not a huge deal, only 10 minutes but didn’t appreciate the attitude from the employees after walking through the door.When I got home, my sub had mustard and we are allergic to it. Specifically wrote no mustard on either sub and it was there anyway. When I called the store, nobody answered the phone. So I’m resorting to leaving this
