Food is perfectly fine as long as you like it served with a side of “why are you bothering me?” Southern hospitality goes a long way in creating returning customers in a town like Cleveland. Cue the owner commenting how dare I give a local business less than a 5 star review. Give me 5 star PLEASANT, WELCOMING attitude and people might be more eager to support you instead of you being put out by being asked if you have soup (“No, I do NOT”) or for a refill.

I have to agree with what everyone else says about the owner. she's very rude and doesnt always wear gloves when she handles the food.

I wish I could rate my experience based on the food, but unfortunately the owner didn’t give me that chance.I’m a college student and figured this would be a nice place to study and get lunch since it’s in a library. But unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.I walked in and was heading towards a table. I smiled at the owner (who was behind the counter). She said “Can I help you?” in a rude tone. I said, “Oh, I was just going to set up then order food”. She started shaking her head before I finished my sentence and said, “This area is for cafe patrons only. There are several other places in the library for that”. And I said, “Oh..but I plan to order food”. And she said, “Well, that’s fine but there’s a 45 minutes time limit for each table”. Bonus, there was not a single person in the cafe. I was very excited to try their food and even checked the menu last night to decide what I’d order. But I decided this was not the environment I wanted to be in.I understand wanting to reserve your space for patrons. However, I WAS a patron and felt very unwelcome simply because I wanted to also study.Super disappointed.

Ordered a Panini and was surprised in how good it was and the size of sandwich was a good meal. Delicious!

Small cozy place now that they moved to the public library. The sandwiches and the fresh pastries are yummy and well made. The iced tea is great. It's good to grab a book and enjoy a snack or a meal in a peaceful environment. They also have takeout. Just opening they have a few kinks to work out, but it's worth the trip.Parking: Being the library plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Being a public building all are accessable

I ordered a tomato bacon sandwich with no bacon and i got it pressed. It came out golden, hot, and DELICIOUS. New location is adorable and very welcoming. The staff are amazing and super kind. Great food. Reasonable prices. 100% would eat here again and again.

This little "restaurant" is actually located in a corner of the public library. It is tiny, with just a very few tables. It took them 20 minutes to produce a grilled cheese sandwich. And it didn't come with chips or a pickle or anything. It was robbery that I paid $7. The girl didn't know what kind of cheese they made it with. It was supposedly on sourdough bread, but it was completely tasteless -- just awful. There were only 6 people in there and it looked like maybe two people working.

Such a great find to run across this little sandwich shop in downtown Cleveland. Great service. The Korean specials on the menu are the best, but if you are looking for the standards, the turkey club is also excellent. Everything is fresh and made to order.

The food is over priced and didn’t even taste good. Not to mention the 30 minute wait I endured for basically a grilled cheese with deli sliced chicken and arugula. I worked in the food industry for 14 years and I am a patient person but that is ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER eat there again.

I have eaten here several times. The food and service is wonderful. I have tried several items on there seasonal changing menu and never have been disappointed. I have even eaten ingredients in their mouthwatering soups that I haven't liked anywhere else in the past with great enjoyment. I just wanted to say thanks for the great food and pushing me to try new things and opening my palate to ingredients that I would have never tried elsewhere. Keep up the great work. By the way I have tried multiple types of Quiche here and it is the best Quiche in town!!!

It was my first time there today. Everything was delicious! I’m really picky about chicken salad and theirs has to be one of the best. They used heirloom tomatoes and a delicious ranch dressing in the salad. The Thai pumpkin curry soup was wonderful too. Hands down the best hot chocolate. It was like drinking melted milk chocolate. Very friendly and a clean and cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
