Super disappointed, ordered our pizza with jalapeños. The girl didn’t even tell us that they don’t even have jalapeños that they have pepper Cheaneys so she thought to just substitute first pizza came out wrong because they put pepperoni on it then brought out the second pizza, cheese unmelted, and the pepper Cheaneys just literally ruined. The top of it. Crust is horrible, and then when I asked her, do you not have jalapeño shoes? No we just have pepper Cheaneys I said well we we didn’t want those and it ruined the pizza so she goes well. I’ll take care of that. So she takes the receipt and takes off the charge for the pepper Cheaneys not the fact that we didn’t even eat but maybe one and a half pieces of the pizza because it was gross

The place was filthy, maybe not by the 1000 Cleveland residents that rated this place well, but the zucchini sticks were cold in the middle, obviously microwaved. The waitress messed our soft drinks up twice. The pizza was a veggie with jalapeños, came out with pepperoni the first time, then with pepperocinis! Never

Ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, but it doesn't have extra sauce or extra cheese.as I only order this pizza this way and know the difference The pizza taste really good the crust is chewy and not overfilling the sauce is tasty.Over all a good pizza just didn't get my extras.

Where do I start? Came in with friends. We where able to sit together (bonus). After about half an hour, they asked us to order appetizers. After another half hour, they asked us to order food. Food came after about another 45 minutes and mine was wrong. Server looked displeased at me for her mistake. By the time I got my food, my friends were done. The food had zero taste. There was very little sauce. Ordered beef, barely saw any, certainly couldnt taste it. The crust was aweful and overdone. How can you screw up pizza? Ended up spending exactly 2 1/2 hours here for terrible food, unorganized servers, no apology for mistake, and did I mention, the food was terrible.Also, my friends said the food was overpriced, tasteless, burnt, and mediocre, at best!
