Menu prices are not true. Meal cost 11.95 on menu total price was $20 for a small box of nasty noodles, one tiny egg roll and some forgettable sesame chicken. Everything was either frozen or canned. I will NEVER spend money here again. Overall disgusting and they are thieves!

We have eaten from here several times and we love the food, but today we found a finger nail clipping in our food. It was very obvious that it was not ours as it was inside of a spring roll. My partner was disgusted. We don’t care about a refund, we just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.-Jordan

Did lunch takeout. Ordered Hunan chicken, chicken with rice, roasted pork and rice, and egg rolls. These were all lunch specials that included soup and an egg roll. Everyone enjoyed the food. My only niggle was they didn't give us any fried noodles for the soup but as we were a half hour away we didn't go back to get any. Would recommend

Picked up a dish that was supposed to have sauteed chicken - chicken was floured and deep fried, chewy and cold. Selected "hot" for the entree - it was mild, at best. The hot & sour soup was very bland. But, the fried rice was very good! When I arrived they had the wrong entree in the bag and had to rush the right one - possibly the reason why I got such junk. I was not at all satisfied with this meal. Not what everyone's been singing about.
Good food for good prices, I wish they would open back up for dine in.

I really like their restaurant in Chattanooga. Since I now live in Cleveland, I decided to call in an order to the Cleveland store. I have tried several times but no one answers the phone and the mailbox is always full. So now I just go to Fulins.
