Love this place! My favorite thing is the chicken wrap with sweet potato waffle fries - so good! My only critique since new ownership is that I miss the sun dried tomato wrap it used to come on.

Went in for broccoli bites, salad bar ,popcorn shrimp & vegetables soup. There was 4 of us. You don't carry any of these things anymore at supper time. Needless to say we will not be back!!!

Extremely disappointed in the new menu, WENT there for years, notice I said WENT as in past tense as of today. No more kettle chips and salad bar ends at 4:00? Really you new owners better focus on what made this place special if you want to stay in

The food is good but the environment and atmosphere are the best. Locally family owned and operated.

Best food in a while. These people know how to cook and season their food. From the appetizers to the main meal it was great. Portions were a great size with only one exception and that was the slaw. Had the slaw been a larger size it would have gotten 5 stars...but hey 4.9 ain't bad guys! I wouldn't change anything else especially not the Mac n cheese!

The new ownership has improved the food quality and service a lot! I got the grilled chicken and two sides and it was so much better than two years ago the last time I ate Jenkins! I will be back! Thanks to Marthie Ann’s owner Joseph for posting on his business page to give y’all another shot I am glad I followed his advice. Keep up the great work new owners!Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Should be easy to use a wheelchair here I saw no curbs.

Have been eating Jenkins for 30+ years but not much in the last year or two because food HAD become almost inedible at times. New ownership has quickly turned things around. Food tastes better than it has in a very long time. I am pleased to see this sentimental favorite rescued.

Jenkins sucks now. Prices to high, the food changed, the music changed and worst of all the chicken salad changed. Don’t waste your money here.

That was a HUGE disappointment. Extremely poor service and the food was mediocre, at best. Burnt fries and onion rings and the beer was warm and flat.

Went this week to check out what all the hype is about. I was NOT disappointed. I haven’t been to Jenkins in years because the food quality was so bad but this trip I was pleasantly surprised to actually have a good meal and great service. Keep it up!Kid-friendliness: Love the train!

I don’t know who the new owners are or managers but whoever’s idea it was to jack up the prices and then change the menu should be fired. Place went up 3 to 4 dollars on everything. They took things off the menu and added stuff almost like it’s a burger joint. They changed the chicken salad that had been the best around for over 20 years and now it sucks and they want more for it. It’s not Jenkins anymore. They didn’t even have the music on while I was there. Entire place sucks now. I’ll never go back there… I’m not hard to please. You did raise the prices and how old is the original recipe?? The chicken salad had been the same for over 30 years. They literally charge 10.99 for crackers and one scoop of their sorry chicken salad and apparently lie about that and the prices when responding to reviews. Lie all you want too about the chicken salad. You ruined the place.

Had to come and try out since everyone is talking so much about the new ownership. The French dip and fries was really good. Everything fresh. The fried mushrooms was good but not as big and not as many as there used to be. (Use to getting whole mushrooms not sliced)I do miss the one trip salad bar. They charge 13.99 for the salad bar. But you can purchase a side salad. And you can’t purchase pasta or potato salad as a side anymore per our server. Service was good so thankful for that.I would go back.
