Staff was really nice, fries was hot, Krystal's was delicious, but the new Krystal chicks your using tastes terrible, we hate them now, y'all need to go back to the other chicks....

Some other Krystals in the surrounding areas are not as good as this one, others haven't cooked the Krystal burgers enough and got stomach upset but never at this location and the drive through person has always been nice and courteous no matter who is working the drive through.

Someone must have forgotten to order some things... When I got my chili cheese pups they had a regular hot dog bun tore in half and my 2 pups were made out of them... I guess it'll work, Atleast someone did have a little ingenuity...

My mother was in from out of town so while out shopping she and I went here. The lady cashier rude from start .We got our food looked like blood soaked into 2 of the buns from where the meat laid,I took them back to register never once did they say sorry. There was food stuck on the tables and chairs.

Only store open within 10 miles that sells food and they told me I couldnt get food. When I finally got my order through I had to wait 45 minutes to receive it.

It ain't like it used to be two krystal chicks costs ten dollars and the guy said o they ain't like the little squares any more well let me tell you what you need to bring back the little square chickens if and when i go back it will be a long time and for krystal burgers only....

I went to Krystals today. When I went through the first time my krystals did not have cheese. Go back a second time and let them know there's no cheese. They checked it but they just threw the cheese on the ones I just ordered. So my cheese wasn't even slightly melted and it was cold and just thrown onto the old ones. I know only because I smashed my box before I noticed there was no cheese. I'm so upset because all I wanted was to warm cheese krystals and ended up eating cold ones. If I could give 0 stars I would.
