Alright so I normally order through the McDonalds app(I know it's the corporate app and they don't have control over it), and I had an error that would not allow me to place my curbside number. I went inside and spoke briefly to an employee who asked me to wait for a manager. I was informed that the manager was on his phone. Instead of correcting my order, I waited 30 minutes for the manager to finally stumble to the counter after being told by a second employee that had approached me. So now here comes the manager, it takes him about 5 minutes to begin fulfilling my order. 35 minutes later, I get my food and leave. Arrive at my destination, and my fries are old and soggy to add even more insult. Wasted my time and took advantage of my patience, and then the product I received was terrible. At least I got someone else's Sweet Tea Lemonade gross drink as compensation!

Worked all Christmas expecting to get mcdonalds when I got off because the hours online said I could. Got there and no one there. Post your hours online please. It's ridiculous I have to replan my entire evening because someone couldn't take 5 minutes to say closed on christmas.
