Went through the drive-thru and was ignored for 15 minutes. I thought their mic might be messed up so I went up to the window where they were just laughing and talking to each other. Looked at me and continued to talk. This is extremely disrespectful. If they were closed they could have just said were closed!

We ordered some simple stuff and waited for a hour one of our sandwiches was put in a different bag fine and good no one is perfect but when that person came in and said hey that’s not what I ordered your team had to ask 4 times to get it fixed while I’m still waiting for my food I had to ask 3 times what’s going on I asked for a manager only to find out that he’s in the office doing god knows what while his team suffers and he wasn’t in uniform and on top of that I had to come home and warm up my food fix your management
