Ordered a takeout order and didn't get any tortillas or the large cheese dip we ordered. This has happened a few times and it's just really annoying to constantly have stuff missing. They tell us we can come back to get it but our food would be cold after driving all the way back plus it's a waste of gas. I love the food but it's just really annoying to be missing stuff in orders.

Monterey’s now serving birria !!! Also pictured is their new dip with pineapple bacon and jalapeño I like this place a lot. Probably the first Mexican restaurant I ever ate at from when I was a kid. Glad they’re still around after so many in Cleveland have come and went. Very nice !?

The culinary journey began with vibrant and flavorful dishes that showcased the authentic essence of Mexican cuisine, each bite a harmonious blend of spices and textures.However, while the food was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit, I found the ambience to be somewhat lacking. The rustic aesthetic, though charming in its own right, did not exude the serene ambiance I seek in a dining establishment. The quality of the furniture and booth seating, while functional, did not quite elevate the dining experience to a level of refined comfort I anticipated. The overall effect was a slightly stressful atmosphere that detracted from the enjoyment of the meal.Despite this, the exceptional quality of the food and the impeccable service ensure that I will return to Monterrey Mexican restaurant. The flavors lingered on my palate, leaving a lasting impression that beckons me back for another culinary adventure.
