I decided to dine in the other night. Long wait at the hostesses stand for me and another family with small children in front of me. Well over 5 mins with employees walking by and looking but no one even saying “the hostesses is coming” a hostess finally came and seated both parties. The soup and grilled chicken were really good and my waitress took great care of me. My only suggestion is don’t leave people at the hostesses stand waiting for so long.

Everything was good except the chicken parm. My son-law asked if it had onions in it and was told no, but it did so he could not eat it.

Our server makayla was just plain out lazy. Our drinks didn’t get refilled unless we asked after it was empty for a decent amount of time. My 3 year old asked for a red crayon and she told us that they only had blue. I then got someone else to get us some other crayons. Because she wouldn’t even put in the effort to look. She was rude and from me being a server she just sucked. She didn’t care about any of her tables and I repetitively watched other servers take care of her tables

Free pie Wednesday is alive and well at Ocharleys. I will say that I was disappointed with their Cajun shrimp pasta entree: IMHO, the portion was small, and pasta was dry, even in the sauce.Their menu has changed, and frankly, we liked previous versions better.
Absolute worst experience, we arrive to pick up our order and the place was dead looked closed, took 15 -20 mins for someone to bring our food out and it was not edible. The chicken nachos were ice cold, the cheese wasn't even melted and the chicken was majority so hard they were like hard candy you couldn't eat the chicken at all, like it had been sitting there all day. Then the potato soup tasted old and was dark yellow like it had been filled with mostly cheese no potatoes or soup and cooked for days to the point it turned burnt. Very disappointed going to have to go buy another meal due to not being able to eat this one. This will be the last time we eat here. I will honestly be surprised if we don't get food poisoning.

So when I go in there and it's 7:30 on a Sunday and nobody's in there and I'm waiting at the hostess desk for 10 minutes and nobody comes there till I make noise and the first thing that the little young Hostess says to me is do I need something not from O'Charley's no more nah
