Great experience at OK Maguey last night, the wait for our food wasn’t long and the waitress was very nice. I ordered the arroz con pollo and it was one of the best I’ve had from there. My sisters got tacos and the pollo loco and those were delicious as well.

This is the best Mexican Restaurant in Cleveland by far. The food is excellent and the staff are always friendly. Tammy is my favorite waitress. She always goes the extra mile.

I'm from Nothern Virginia and we can be total food snobs with all the great food spots out our way. I was traveling through and wanted some good Mexican food. After looking up some local spots around my hotel, I dropped by here and my God. Not only the food is great, but Tammy? I've never seen such impeccable customer service. She literally went above and beyond just to make sure I was well taken care off. I used to be in the service industry and know how hectic it can be to juggle multiple people and tables at once, she was on fire tonight. Please make sure you guys tip her well and I really hope OK Maguey notice what she brings to this place. Next year when I drive through here, I will most definitely stop by again.

Food is great each time I've went. Salsa is extremely spicy but they will bring you a mild if you ask which is good and the best chips by far in Cleveland the kids love it. This is the house special Maguey Special 13.99 and a lot of food, delicious.

My wife and I use to go this place a lot and food and service was great. I’m guessing there’s new owners now. We had dinner about 3 weeks ago and all the food was awful, even the chips. Everything tasted like it was burnt. Very disappointed!

Went in for take out that was supposed to be ready. Had to wait for 20 minutes after food was supposed to be ready. Order was wrong. Felt faint was asked if I wanted a sprite said ok then asked for $3.02 for Styrofoam Cup.I think they have new management. Lady used to own and run the place was great. Don’t recommend.

Update... Back to five starts! Went back to see if they fixed the "too salty food" issue, and THEY HAVE. Family has been back twice and I was with them the last visit - problem fixed! Food is once again back to the high quality and great taste as before.Ok Maguey is back on our first choice for Mexican food in the Cleveland area. The staff has always been great. Best cheese dip. Worst price was charged $10 for two bags of chips 2oz cup of cheese not full and a 1oz portion of salsa. Maybe a bigger quantity would have made it okay. Took a chance going somewhere else but it proved EL CAZADOR is the best around
