Normally I enjoy the place more and still had a good time last night but the new security guards without a doubt in my mind profiled me and watched me as if I was some kind of thief or abusive person in guessing because of my tat across my neck.First off, thank you for replying to. I didn't expect that. Yes I'm aware of the requirements dew to law changes and completely understand the job description for a security guards/officer. In fact that is a change I welcome now days. Even though I don't look it I'm 49 and really rather not have to fight some 21 years old who probably jacked up on something. I would imagine you receive some complaints about security anyway because of some type of issue or complication that the customer is blowing out of preposition. So I'm clear in not saying they intimidated me, not the case at all. Myself and 3 friends was playing pool,as we played I observed both guards before we could finish 2 games had came to check the door that are always locked at night at least 3 times each and obviously looking at me walking past us. I'm tatted even with one across my neck I have a very biker look so I understand they going to check me out, but after an hr and no bad behavior enough go on but no they remained relatively close watching me all night. The 3 I was with even noticed and BTW I look outta place with my friends. 1 is a clean cut supervisor at shaw in GA 1 is a mechanical engineer where he works and very clean cut himself the other she is a teacher at Polk County high-school. I'm a industrial sand blaster / painter for TVA. So no I did nothing other than show up for them to watch me in the manner they watched me. But they never approached me in a bad or non professional manner. I'm not bashing them only pointing out my experience.

Beware anything labeled “special.” I made the mistake of getting the grilled cheese sandwich “lunch special.” The price wasn’t listed, but I ordered it anyway because come on…it’s just a plain grilled cheese sandwich and it’s on “special”; how much could it be? Well, it must mean “specially expensive” because I ended up paying $13 for two slices of bread, a piece of cheese, a small side of something, and a water. Yikes. I liked the atmosphere, but geez. Really have to think hard about going back.

I really enjoyed the place.great food the live band was amazing.and I really felt safe with security there he was respectful and allowed ppl to enjoy their time but at the same his presence made me feel safe but not nervous.however as the night went on more ppl come and I felt 2 guards would be more appropriate due to the area which was a big area inside and out and due to the amount of ppl that showed.But I had a good experience

Saturday, May 27th - Place was DEAD! Music was okay. Food was okay.DO NOT GO IN ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND START A TAB... MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR THE FOOD AND TIP, THAT CHARGE CLEARED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY... HOWEVER, THEIR MERCHANT HAS HAD A HOLD FOR OVER $100 PENDING IN MY ACCOUNT FOR 6 DAYS (4 BUSINESS DAYS) SO, I CALLED THE TUESDAY AFTER MEMORIAL DAY TO MAKE SURE I WASN'T DOUBLE CHARGED AND CALLED TWICE TODAY (FRIDAY) SINCE MY FUNDS STILL HAVE NOT BEEN RELEASED.During the first call on Tuesday I was told "oh yea, this happens all the time, we get calls like this all the time, it should fall off in a couple days"On Friday when I called back... after waiting a week... I was told that "they were too busy to mess with me"'If I was too Broke for a charge to be pending on my account that maybe I should not be going out and spending money"... and so much more that I have forgotten from being so angry....I called back to speak to the Owner, who then stated that "I needed to leave them alone, they did not have my money, did I not understand that they were a restaurant and did not have time to speak with their merchant about why it was still pending"When I stated that she needed to understand that I had been patient all week, and that I had paid my tab and been a respectful patron and expected the same... she hung up on me...HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! - ....Maybe they could learn to use their credit processing machine properly...

8:30 arrived on site parked walked in paid 16.00 cover charge for a band which we didn't even get to hear sat down at bar ordered food and drinks having a private conversation waiting on our order food comes out unsatisfactory when buger was red raw inside set it back enjoying my companion comforted by security and not management told to leave if they give back 8 dollars cover yes they insisted on me paying for a raw burger to be able to leave so I did to end the convertation. We left called management miss Gracie she said it was policy for security to get up in your face and brutally ask you to leave and also security is not supposed to carry a gun which he had his hand on during convertation management told us to contact mr.pokey which they wouldn't tell me who he was but he is Mr Steve Clark so Mr pokey feel free to contact me
