While they're drinks or relatively good period lately, they're drive through has been closed period I'm not sure why, but it is very inconvenient and they won't give a reason as to why period I think if you're open your drive thru 's to be open and the funny thing is to when I went in the building they had. Headsets on and I just drove past them today. And they were still closed again. The drive threw at least.

This was a horrible experience. We waited 10 minutes and never moved in the drive-thru. We backed up and went inside. The person taking our order said, “What will you have?” in a mean tone and just glared at my dad. They had six orders ahead of ours and we waited 20 minutes to get one drink. The whole atmosphere is bad and we will not be back to this location. Go to the one on Paul Huff. They are so nice there!
Have been waiting in the drive thru for 25 mins and just order would have left but they have made it to where you can’t leave the line once you are in it. Looks like it will be at least 20 more mins for us to get to the window to get our order.

Good coffee. Access is a little challenging because of its location next to the interstate.
This place is a circus. Staff more people! I used to be a barista, and I would never let someone wait 10+ minutes without checking in with them. But here, you'll be ignored forever. Food and drinks pile up at the end of the counter while people stand around giggling and talking. There needs to be one person at the end of the counter expediting orders and packing up to go's. Efficiency is a major problem here. I'll agree with other reviewers that drive thru gets catered to but that's probably because it's the most idiotic drive thru design I've ever seen. Have fun getting trapped in the parking lot by people who don't even know how the drive thru situation works. PUT UP SIGNS FOR THE DRIVE THRU FFS

Holy hell this place is way too busy lol. But so is the Starbucks on the other side of town. The coffee was good. We went in and I think the whole drive thru got their coffee before we did lol. But the coffee was good. Expensive.

Good service, terrible skills at making drinks, every time I come here they always make my drinks so watery and bland, either way too much water or way too much milk, I can barely taste the coffee or the syrup. Very disappointing.
