I don't know where they find these people, but having a toothless human scab prepare my meal has to be one of the most offensive things I've ever seen in food service. It's likely management's fault for not wanting to pay a decent person a decent wage, but having the specimen I saw prepare food will surely cost them way more in lost business.

I was finished with Subway. I have been to so many bad ones through the Southern US that I wasn't going back. Wanted a sub, so I thought I would try the one at the Pilot gas center near the rv park we are staying. We were very surprised!!!! Not only they did a great job with our subs, but the three people working were so pleasant and cared about what they were doing!!! It is rare to see this. All Subways should be like this!!! Thank you for caring!!!!!!!!!

This subway is always closed at night. The hours are extremely inconsistent. It was supposed to be open all night according to the hours in the store, and till 11pm according to the website, but when I walked in at 10:00pm they had the subway closed and an employee was cleaning up. This is an every day occurance. I would order 4-6 subs a week here if it would be open.

Love this Subway!! Only one I go to in Cleveland !The Sandwich artists are alway friendly with great service! Mary Jo (lady thats works the nights) i the BEST EVER!!!!

Bread was hard as hell and the little lady had a bad attitude instead just fixing the problem derek looked lost and the back area looked disgusting eat at your own risk!!!!

Avoid the chicken teriyaki they don’t give enough meat! I asked for more was ignored, I would just go to another subway or order something they put slices on to avoid this issue but $9.87 for this is not acceptable.
The subway manager needs more experience with hiring.Needs to be more concerned about good employees not who he can flirt with on the job.

Went here at 9:55pm was told they close at 10 but they really close at 11. Then was told that nothing could be toasted, but when I asked for steak add green peppers and onions, the lady TOASTED just the steak. But nothing could be toasted right? She proceeded to have an attitude when I was paying. Didn’t even give me a receipt.
