I told them my son was allergic to sour cream and proceeded to put sour cream on it and the messed up part is they weren’t even busy and the cashier was kinda cold wouldn’t necessarily say rude luckily I let my son get something else to eat . I mean the food was good just them clearly not listening just because they work in fast food they should definitely practice food safety

Originally went through the drive thru and had no problems, got to my work and the vegan mexican pizza had meat on it so I took it back and decided to go into the lobby. I talked to one of the guys he was very understanding and said he would get to working on it. I was in the lobby for about 20-30 minutes waiting and 2 other people were waiting for food as well. I was asked if i had a mobile order after waiting and i explained again that i was just needing a pizza with no meat, so after that second time he made it. I returned to work and opened the rest of my food to realize that my grilled cheese burrito that i had received originally was burnt and hard to the touch, and could smell it as you unwrapped it. Also it was rung up correctly so there is no problem on that part at all.

I know Taco Bell can get a bad rap sometimes, but the manager and employees on the day shift (particularly Thursday's at lunch) have always been very courteous. I had an issue with a portion size for my burritos today and they went above and beyond to make it right with no hesitation. I have watched this manager interact with customers over the past few months and he is always pleasant and helpful when dealing with them, doing what he can to make the customers happy. I want them to know I notice and appreciate the work they do, even when they are very busy, which seems to be most of the time!
