Typical Starbucks, the employees were exceptional- very happy with the service. Place was clean and well laid out. Set a little back from the road, so look further out. Place is set in a plaza with other stores. Yes, there is a drive through. Will be back soon.

My husband brought me back a caramel macchiato w extra caramel and they delivereddd! This is the first Starbucks to ever make me a decent drink. They’re out here doing Gods work for us.

So the young man who took out order was wonderful, gave a great recommendation and very friendly! Service time to get our drinks was very slow given the store was empty. Here the thing, this store was FILTHY! Spilled coffee on the counters, splattered coffee on the walls. Standing at the the pickup counter waiting and seeing trash and debris on the surfaces and floors where drinks are being made just makes you cringe. There was litter and food stuff all over the floor of the store. I'm sure they are short staffed like everywhere but it genuinely was uncomfortable and we left as soon as our drinks came up vs sitting and sipping in store.

Seems they rotate staff a lot here. The service has gone down somewhat and it takes longer to get orders. Quality is still good after all it's Starbucks but the one at Kroger is less busy and they have a guy there who is a great barista. If I could offer a suggestion build another on the north side of town or closer to downtown. Columbia can support two. This location is crazy busy and in a busy shopping center.

Everyone knows that Starbucks coffee is beyond compare!! Let me also say that the drive through at this location is fast and efficient. The guy who served us was super nice and threw in a little comedy!! A great experience!

This was my first time at this location. I ask and paid for extra carmel. It didn't seem extra at all. At home when you ask and pay for "extra" it is thick with lots of whip cream.

They literally are never open when they are supposed to be. It's 6:30pm on a Saturday and they are closed once again. Guess Dutch bros will start getting my business, they are cheaper anyways.
I mean it is overpriced coffee and you are paying for the brand name. You get what you pay for. This is a place more for status so you shouldn't expect the people to be friendly or considerate. The employees are quite rude and love to talk about customers when they think no one else can hear them.

This location clearly states it’s open until 8:30 pm, I work night shift and it’s the only place in town to get a coffee. However the employees decide to close whenever they choose. This is the second time this week that I’ve gone and it been closed. The first time they answered the speaker to tell me they were closed and when I asked why I received no response. Tonight I drive up and there’s a thiny sign on the speaker saying they closed at 7. As I passed the window there was a little blonde girl in there making drinks.
