Drive-thru was efficient but I was cheated out of part of my order. I should have sat there and looked through it but didn’t. Seems like I always get cheated somehow. I got a dozen Krystal’s and the 5for $8.95. I failed to get 3 chili cheese pups in this part. I did not notice until I got home. This is fraud. I actually asked the guy if that was all of it and he said yes so I know it was deliberate. Everyone check your order before you leave.

Onions were burnt buns were overdone (dark brown) seems they just slung together. Meat fell apart when tried to fit them back on bun. 16.00 for 12. Ridiculous. Won't eat these again from here. Thanks for disappointment.

Prices on drive through menu were lower than what I was charged by over $ 2 for the combo I ordered. Nice young man at window indicated prices went up last week and tried to apologize - felt sorry for him. IMO, the burger patties have been thinned vs last I had Krystal and they were at best like warm. The fries were good. Over 15 for a Krystal combo way overvalued. I will not return.

Krystal will not be around much longer..prices have gone through the roof, they charge extra to use your card for payment and I hear they have gone cashless. It's a shame... Krystal used to be a good place to eat with a great atmosphere and good employees.. this one has been remodeled within the past 4 years, but that won't help...unless the company really wakes up and changes things, it'll be bye bye to this company as a whole.
