I remember some years ago when krystal in decherd. was a decent place to eat But now it's a horrible place to go I just left there I went through the drive-thru and bought some food for my children and I'm almost certain that something was done to my food The only thing I can think of that would have caused them to do that was I said hello when I got to the intercom and the girl had some sort of a sadistic looking little smile on her face when she gave me my food and said have a good day and I thought that was kind of strange and the food is not hot at all and I sat there and waited fr over 5 minutes. Something was done to my food I would not eat there again

Make sure you check your order before you leave... you might not be getting what. You ordered....make it clear on what you want....if not you'll get what they give you... service is no good....and the person at the window if you hate your job that bad ....quit...your just ruining everyone else's day or night... Don't worry be happy I'm not coming back

Not much to stay... It's KrystalsMini fast food, great for those late night food runs.
We stopped here on a trip out of town for work and the employees greeted us with smiles and promptly the food was delicious tasted fresh and came out quick.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful, every table was dirty, restaurant was dirty, and we were the only customers there. Staff using foul language. And they lied and said they were out of ice cream because they're too lazy to clean the ice cream machine. And they forgot to put our fries in the bag, so we had to wait on them after receiving our burgers.

Shorted me a wing (9 instead of 10) and the lights were off outside the entire time, with music blasting from inside the restaurant the entire time I sat in the drive thru. People were friendly enough, but it took a long time to get a very simple order that wasn't done correctly. Plus they charge you more if you use credit card. Who does that in 2023???
