Thier service is the worst ever!!!! Get there eassrly in the morning and you can be the only one in line and still takes 15-20 minutes to get you order and food!!! I sit there for 15 minutes before anyone ever comes on the speaker to take your order!!! So needless to say i don't eat here anymore!!! Ronald would be PISSED!!!!!

Stopped today and ordered a McDouble meal, when I got back on the interstate my bag had a chicken sandwich and no McNuggets or sauce also I noticed they are now charging a .10 cents up charge for sweet tea on the value meals !! , the lady at the drive in window wasn’t very friendly . This was always a great location with great service, prices at Chick-fil-A are higher but I wanted a burger 😂😂 You better look I the bag when you stop at McDonald’s

Ordered breakfast 10 minutes before it ended on the app and drove across the street to get it and when I get there I waited for a few minutes after confirming I was there on the app. A younger black girl who I guess was the manger was just talking extremely rude out loud to I guess everyone who was in there ordering food. I tried to confirm my order with the app code and she ignored me for some reason and I overheard her tell and employee that I’m not getting my breakfast order but wouldn’t update me anything so I asked her and she continued to ignore me and the other 10 people in the lobby waiting for orders. Nobody would tell anybody in the lobby any information about their orders and it was just crazy that this is how they run this McDonalds. I normally don’t even complain but this had to be the worst service I’ve witnessed in my life. I literally had to just leave and call customer service just to get my money back because they wouldn’t give people their orders in the lobby. One older man was in there for 30 minutes before me waiting on his breakfast order and they told him he couldn’t get it too. I’ve never witnessed people spend money on food and then you go there and they say you can’t get your food and then ignore you.

Skipped in drive thru twice even though we had already been sitting there longer than the other car. Ignored and then the lady on the speaker was rude and she’s snappy with the other customers literally making nasty faces towards people(Blonde older lady) . Guy at the window didn’t even say anything to us. All together bad experience 👎🏻

McDonald's on Ringgold Road is always great.... Pleasant helpful manager... Always nice and a good experience. Can't think of managers name but is younger African American man just got a new haircut... Lol He needs recognition.. He is awesome!

Its open 24 hours a day..When it's 4:30AM options are limited..Normally not a fan but the sandwich was good though not much bigger than a silver dollar..

Yesterday I had terrible service/treatment from a McDonalds employee who claimed to be a manager. From the time that I pulled up to the window to driving away. She spoke to me in a disrespectful manager from start to finnish. I pulled up to receive my order when I got my drinks there was an apple juice in the drink carrier. I said excuse me I didn't order an apple juice she said it was on the screen I told her I understand but when I ordered I stated extra fries no apples and a sweet tea for the drink please due to an apple allergery she in turned said but its on the screen a second and third time. I then said ma'am what can we do I can not take an apple juice for my son she said well what do you want! I asked her why was she being rude and where is the manager she said I am the manager.... that's not all my husband checked the bag there were no dipping sauces so I asked for them she said there in the bag yet there were none I told her and another employee said yes they are. Fast food not at all, why so much for a tea and dipping sauce. Rude rude and rude no one should be treated poorly when spending their hard earned money!

Placed order. No way to choose pay with cash until you get angry and cancel the order.
Then it gives the option. Waited 20 minutes to pay at counter, was looked at by crew and ignored for those 20 minutes. Said the hell with this and walked out. Went elsewhere. This is the poorest excuse for service from a McDonalds that I have experienced. Yet these same service people want $15 per hour for very poor work ethics. Unbelievable!

I went there for my brothers birthday to go in the play place, and we waited for like 20 minutes. And the play place was very dirty and greasy and everything. And the staff that was there was very rude!

This location is unfortunately horrible with both drive thrus open. I got skipped twice in line for an online order. It's BS. It's not that hard. I'm in the service industry that's hard.

Came in on the morning of Saturday Jul 12. I'm ordering at the kiosk and a woman is oddly hiding and staring at me order. When I turn around and saw her she awkwardly asked do you need help. Why would you assume I need help. She obviously was staring for a reason. Seemed very odd and unwelcoming. Then I explained I guess I can do a separate transaction to use me reward points and she repeats the same thing that I just said back to me. There was no need for any interaction in the first place. That didn't come off as she genuinely was trying to be nice and help. I dont know who she thought I was or what she thought I wss doing i haven't been to this location in years.
