Always out of product! Anything you try to order they are always "out" or don't have it anymore, if inventory is done correctly by the employees and management they wouldn't be "out" of everything. Obviously needs new management

Every time I come here I'm always disappointed. Whether it's the fact that they don't have half the stuff on the menu or they're just rude. This time and item on the menu is one price, but they're trying to charge another price. Misleading and won't bother coming back. I wish we had a Starbucks here.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and both of the girls working just stared at us and did not take our order. One walked by and made a comment to the other and when I spoke to them about the service they just stared at each other and told us to try the drive thru. Will not be coming back.

This location is very inconsistent. I often get the wrong order, and this is the only location that is constantly out of everything, even milk and coffee. They ran out of medium cups and told me I had to order a small or pay extra for a large.

This location is always out of product. I have never been able to receive what I have wanted due to supply issues. Iced coffee drink usually taste like water or straight sugar. Fairview needs a better coffee place. This location would benefit from new management to solve supply issues as well as general atmosphere of this workplace. I go here almost weekly and staff seems displeased with constant turnover.

I purposely stay away from this location. I happen to be passing through that part of town today, I wanted a coffee. I figured a hazelnut latte and a double chocolate doughnut would not be too hard. I was wrong. the level of comprehension and intelligence at this location seems to be a constant. Therefore it must be a trickle down effect. Shame on the owners for bringing such a huge disservice to a great name. I was given opposite of what I ordered then told that’s not what I ordered. The last time I checked a hazelnut latte has actual hazelnut and coffee in it not just steamed milk. A double chocolate doughnut has icing on it. It’s the little things that add up to the end result, I will not go back.

Drive-thru is always backed up and it always takes forever to get our order. The last time we were there I sat at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes with absolutely no greeting from the person at the drive-thru, they didn't even tell me to hold complete silence. I had to place my order through the mobile app and then drive up to the window to get my order. The two cars behind me pulled around me while I was sitting in the drive-thru and risked hitting my vehicle just to get out of line because no one was answering the drive-thru.

***Warning*** !!!!!!!Do not go to this Dunkin if you have other obligations and errands to run. Some of the staff is incredibly slow and needs a lot of training in how to work in public. “Bless their hearts.”I will definitely NOT be back to this particular Dunkin Donuts.

Went to buy the ice spice munchkins, when we got there my sister orders a matcha latte and the black girl on the speaker responds with “whaaat, what is that?” And goes “pull up to the window” when we were ordering more things. Then she gets my order wrong and gives us 3 donut holes and says “we don’t serve that yet” when it says on the drive thru sign “ice spice munchkin”
