I lived in France for almost a decade, and the crepes here are close enough!

For a unique and tasty experience, check this place out. First visit we had the sweet crepes. Next visit we will be back to try the savory ones. Definitely recommend this place.

Always consistently wonderful crepes and crafted coffees, lovely place for brunch. We and the kids love the Parisian Style Ham and Swiss crepe with a fried egg on top.

I stopped in for a late breakfast of expresso, OJ, and a ham and cheese crepe. All were excellent!

It was not a very pleasant experience. The staff were at best mediocre and the food was acceptable but unremarkable.

Nothing really tasted good or like authentic French food. Very disappointing with everything as it was bland, unsavory and overall tasted like store bought rather than hand crafted. We got croissants (not flaky or buttery), baguette (not crunchy felt like bought from supermarket although Fresh Market and Wholefoods sell better), the crepes barely had any fillings or moisture. The only good thing was the coffee and that is a nice looking place. It’s true there isn’t much food competition in Knoxville as everything is chains like burgers and fries, but restaurants need to do better for sureKid-friendliness: It’s kind of a to-go place so it’s fine if you take your kids.

I went to your establishment this morning. I was there 7 minutes before you opened. I waited outside in the cold about 5 minutes. A young person walked in the door ahead of me to fill out a application. I followed in since you were opening in 2 minutes. Your employee told me I had to leave because it was a hazard for me to be there before 9AM. Again its 8:58am. What hazard is over in two minutes? Was the job applicant not in a hazard who got to remain inside? My standing there for two minutes did not hinder your opening processes and if they weren’t ready with two minutes to go is a reflection on the employee working. So I did leave and went to to First Watch to eat. Your employee lacks customer service, un hospitable and basically unkind and rude.

The food was what I expected after visiting the downtown location. My problem was that when we got here, there were two tables open to sit and neither was clean. With signs that say to wait, the table hadn’t been sanitized. We waited. No one cleaned a table yet two employees were behind the bar on their phones. Caught eyes with one and she smiled and went back to texting. Eventually went to the bin and found paper towels and cleaner to clean it myself. If you’re going to ask customers to also bus the tables for you, have someone to clean them or also put a sign for customers to do it all. It wasn’t a matter of being too busy. Not once in my time in the restaurant did I see someone clean empty tables. People repeatedly had to come clean them to sit and eat. Yet we were asked to tip in advance for service. What service?
