Excellent sandwiches, soups and crepes. Beer and espresso selection, outdoor seating and nice staff. We will be back -
My hot mushroom and greens crepe was served with lettuce inside instead of a green that can be heated, like arugula or spinach. It was also covered in a vinaigrette? So it was a big soggy mess. I couldn't eat it. The chai latte is usually very good but just tasted very watery even though I added espresso. This was a miss!
Very good French inspired dishes! The prices can feel a bit steep but are well worth it!
The place is really cute and food is great!
The food was delicious and the service was prompt.
5 Stars – Great Service & Delicious Croissants Even at Closing Time
We accidentally walked into The French Market Creperie West just three minutes before they were closing early for the holiday—oops—but you would’ve never known by the way we were treated. The cashier was quick to let us know about the early close, but did so with such friendliness and knowledge that we didn’t feel rushed at all.
I ordered a caramel macchiato, and she kindly explained that they do their own version, then made sure she understood exactly what I was wanting. Loved that!
We picked up a chicken salad sandwich on the fluffiest croissant I’ve ever seen, plus two chocolate croissants. I didn’t try the sandwich myself, but my fiancé said it was “very good”—which is high praise coming from him. My chocolate croissants were perfect: super fluffy with just the right amount of chocolate—not overstuffed or dry, just right.
10/10 experience. Great service, even better pastries. We’ll definitely be back (maybe even before closing next time).
The chicken salad was good but the croissant was a disappointment. The crepe was yummy. The French onion soup was an awful disappointment!! Not sure why you're asked to tip when you order at a counter and clean up your own dishes. Overpriced. Sandwiches come with no sides.
Great food, fresh fresh, great drinks, great atmosfere
The food is excellent and the service fast. It is difficult to get through the tables, though. Quite congested. And a bit dark inside. But the menu has many delicious options. The French onion soup here is wonderful.
Had an issue today concerning the downtown location via door dash after eating here MANY times. The management at the West location and owner did a fantastic job problem solving and making us feel valid to want to come back again.
Highly recommend for gluten free people's(I have celiac), and to support a locally owned and ran business.
Thank you all.
