Delicious chicken sandwiches. I like their burgers, as well, but the store in Franklin at the Cool Springs Galleria tends to over cook the meat. I have heard others complain about that as well. Fried pickles and onion rings are good. I don't buy tea there because it tends to be weak. Unfortunately, the other store in Franklin closed and the one in Brentwood reduced their hours. First time I had been to Back Yard Burger in a couple of years. I was surprised by how their prices had gone up since I was last there. I ordered the classic hamburger and was very disappointed, it was very dry, however my husband had the fried mushroom Swiss burger and he thought it was good.

The ladies working right now could not have been sweeter. I walked in and they told me it was drive thru only. So I walked back out. Then as one lady saw that I was walking across the parking lot to my work truck that was too big to even fit in the parking lot let alone the drive thru, she came yelling after me to come back. I'm back in my truck having lunch and I'm happy! Thank you!
