I can’t even give a review of the food prepared here since every time I go to go in and get a drink they have a “drive through only” hand written sign. I’m a delivery driver, so just about every week day I’m in the area, I just want a good boost of coffee for energy and this is the 5th time with in the past couple of months I’ve gone to get myself something and it was “drive through only” my Amazon Prime van certainly does not fit under the overhangs so I walk away today again with nothing

My drink was perfect but my breakfast sandwich was burnt so bad it smells. I wouldn’t have served this to a customer if I were them. It’s
Clean. Not the fastest but service was good. My sandwich was overcooked and crunchy on the bottom. I was working and couldn't return to let them know.

Dunkin spends money to remodel store and forgot to pay/incent employees. One person working, he is exhausted and the line out the door. They got ownership down but no mgt or employees. The Grand Reopening not going well. Stay clear unless you have an hour to kill.

Well came in to have a fast coffee pick up. To encounter employees yelling at each other no machines working to take the order then paying for a large coffee and receiving a medium. I was so taken back that all of that arguing was happening... that I couldn't even say how gross my coffee tasted. I am very disappointed to say the least. Not to mention the drive through was not up and running, but the employees were taking orders up front... to ring them up with the back register because the one up front was not working. Absolutely chaos and no one cared how the customers were watching them argue while they continued to mess up orders. I never write reviews but wow today I wanted my money back.

Place is always disgusting. They never have anything in stock. Usually I come in here and fight with each other can never get a coffee done right there's another one closer to home.
Placed an online order. Got called by a stand-in employee AS it was being picked up to be informed that “we don’t have any donuts.” Was forced to cancel it on my end, and had to bargain with the delivery service to receive a refund. Clearly the place is horribly (if at all) managed and should be avoided.

One of the worst I've been to. I've caught them on 2 occasions sweeping around the trays of donuts so dust is flying up and right near the donuts on the lower levels of these trays. They dont know how to make the drinks! Ive tried this place and have gone back again and again to give them a chance but they are clueless in preparing anything other than a hot coffee and they even messed that up. You dont know what light and sweet means when making someone a cup of coffee?

This location has gone downhill. Today was the final straw. In the drive through the voice over the intercom said. "Hello we are taking a break. Could you please park in front and wait five minutes, then come back through the drive through. Now this is on a Saturday at 10:30AM. That's not good. It's been hit or miss a lot lately. I hope things turn around for them.
