we often get Jersey Mike's over the years. lately I cannot seem to ever get what I ordered. I would say the order is wrong 70% of the time. I have complained in the past and never got a response. Tonight I ordered two sandwiches, one with mayonnaise and one with oil and vinegar.They not came with mayonnaise on them. In the same order there were supposed to be two bags of chips which were not in the bag. I called and spoke with the manager and she could not tell me where I could register a complaint. I have been buying Jersey Mikes subs for probably about 15 years but this will probably sever our relationship.

Great service and foods always ready on time when I order through the app! If there are ever any issues they call and ask for verification! Always get the orders right every time and we have a large order usually as it's everyone in the family getting a sandwich!

I ordered through the Jersey Mike's app on 6/15/22. They used a 3rd party delivery service to deliver my order. It was missing one of the subs. When I called the store they told me there was no way the sub wasn't delivered. Then when they put me on hold I could hear them talking about me in the background. They refused to redeliver and told me to call the delivery service. Unacceptable. Then they offered a refund for the sub which I still have not received.

Do not eat here. There are COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Cockroach started crawling on the meat slicer WHILE THE GUY WAS SLICING THE MEAT!!!! You can see them crawling on the back counter and they there's also an insurmountable amount of fruit flies!! This place obviously hasn't had a health inspection because they would have already shut down by now. Absolutely revolting.
