This is the absolute worst service ,I’ve ever had in my entire life. Every Sunday after church, I take my family to dinner usually at Kfc or something that’s good and easy because I have elderly family that I care for… I’ve never had a problem at Kfc and my whole 46 years .until I experience Franklin Tennessee, . I was going through the driveway because I had my in-laws and children in the car. We pulled up we asked for a family meal of 16 pieces And sides. The lady at the drive-through, with a heart tattoo under her eye. Was so extremely rude and yelled over the intercom. while I was trying to place an order. whenever I get to the window, I was asked to pay and pull up. so we did and we waited for 45 minutes. I came in to ask the lady how much longer because my to farther needs to get home and have medicine . she was screaming at me in the sitting area.still seven mins on biscuits ; in the dining room area I stood so angry .. it was totally disgraceful. as I’m exiting the building in discussed, there is another dark skinned lady with green nails and pink braids. setting in a white SUV; smoking marijuana… I was absolutely flabbergasted, knowing that my children were 20 foot away in my minivan. I honestly could not get out of there fast enough.i suggest door dash.or some where else?????

Fast, friendly service. Received a free 5pc chicken nugget from ordering online. Very tasty, but very small nuggets. Got a 3pc tender meal, again it was very tasty but the size of the tenders is ridiculous for $8. My husband loved his bucket of chicken, per usual.

Food wasnt terrible but had better KFC food. Service was okay but seemed like they were too busy talking to each other then acknowledge a friendly thank you from the customer (me), and yes on more then one occasion. The inside was nasty, almost considered sitting in my vehicle to eat. Found one table that was 90% clean. The other tables were dirty and looked like a kid had walked in all the booth seats with dirty shoes. Probably will not stop at this location again until upper management shows they care about the place!

This place is the very worst when it come to service the employ who took my order was very rude the time was 7:00pm 10/25/23 i can see leavening this review will not make a difference but if i can save someone else the experience of going to this place i will when she took my order at the window i ask for 4wings she said she had to see how many after a min or so she said she had only had 3 then i ask for 4 biscuit she said she only 2 but she had more i guess she was gonna take the food to her kids or family instead of selling it to paying customers she made feel as if i was doing something wrong by coming there and ask to buy food that she was suppose to be selling i will never never !!!go back there as long as she is working nights.
Come here if you want to wait 30_45 minutes for your food . They always have a bad attitude. Need new employees that actually want to work.

Call time of death already and close this location just like the KFC in Spring Hill. CLOSED ON A SATURDAY NIGHT at 6PM. This location has been ran poorly since the beginning of time, and it's not the first or second time I've tried coming to get dinner for the family, but they close due to staffing. If Management had the motivation to run this place correctly, they would call crew in and offer incentives to come in like 1.5x pay or gift cards regardless of what the higher ups think. Some profit is better than ZERO PROFIT being closed. I get no one wants to work anymore because social media has brainwashed them into thinking they are too good for this and they shouldn't overwork themselves with a good work ethic. So incentives and instant gratification comes a long way with employees now a day. I've known former general managers of this location and I know the challenges with staffing isnt easy but you have to get creative and do something different if you want things to get better. I hope this helps if you all don't already have a shutting down date.

They were closed at 7:30. There were no signs indicating it and the staff was inside. I don't understand why you'd close a restaurant down at 7:30 on a busy night but if you're going to, at least put up a sign.
