Mr. Art's Coffee House is an amazing small business. My wife found this restaurant on TikTok and the reviews was on point. Mr. Art is an amazing owner and made his business to welcome us as well as his staff. The breakfast tacos were amazingly good. I will definitely come back anytime we are in town.

Great coffee and cozy atmosphere. Dark roast is robust not bitter or burnt. Love the jazz music. There's a lot of other good coffee shops around too, but their preference of playing rock or indie rock playlists too loudly gets tiresome.

Came in the first time today, super friendly staff. Sadly coffee was super bitter and I tossed it after two sips. Would still go here over Starbucks. Support local!

Great customer service. He explained the menu, breakfast bowl was gf and wonderful. Salsa was a little spicy but very good. The jujube latte was fantastic. Would go back for sure. I want to try the carrot cake muffin!

Wow! Literally the friendliest coffee shop in Franklin AND the coffee is phenomenal! The blueberry muffin was so moist and the jujibee coffee was delicious. Such a hidden gem. The owner was so kind. Definitely coming back to try the breakfast tacos!

By far, the best cinnamon roll I have ever had! Super moist and a homemade cream cheese frosting – is perfection. Everything I’ve ever had here is just as amazing as a hospitality. A hidden gem in Franklin that is not to be missed.

This place is awesome! Art is an authentic owner who cares about his guests. Coffee is better than all the other local shops we tried too. I’m coming back tomorrow to try his homemade Tex mex tacos can’t wait!!
