There is no way to justify these prices. It cannot be that expensive to operate an ice cream stand in Gatlinburg.

Very disappointed, these owners have bad reputation in Gatlinburg and their food is way overpriced, funnel cake is $16 and at funnel cake factory in PF it's $8 plus they lie and say they have fresh squeezed lemonade and it's just lemon juice

8.50 for a small half filled cup of soft serve, to make it worse the soft serve tasted very watery/watered down and had an icy texture to it, ended up throwing it out after my 3 year old didn’t even want to eat it

We paid $10 each for a double dip sugar cone and were prompted for a 20% tip. The amount of ice cream was skimpy and the cones were stale. Very disappointed. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

Thanks for the legendary mayfield ice cream in a waffle cone! Mayfield is still the best ice cream and milk I’ve ever had. Never disappointed! Awesome customer service!

Disappointed with this place. The soft serve ice cream was overpriced — $7 for a small portion on a plain cone, with taste below average. Definitely not worth it. Just across the street at Sugarbaby, you can get a waffle cone with real ice cream, four times the quantity, for only $5. Much better value and quality. Also, the staff here seemed a bit odd, which didn’t help the experience. I’d recommend skipping this spot and heading to Sugarbaby instead or The Crazy Mason Milkshake bar!

I got 1 funnel cake with strawberries & whipped cream, cost $ 23.00, ask for a cup of water, they needed another $1. Really ???? Funnel cake was not good !

Ice cream was fine, nothing special. The workers were kind of weird, almost attacked you when you walked in wanting to help, which was nice but also a put off because it was kind of aggressive.

Review based on one item, so take that as you will. The soft serve ice cream was garbage. Really. It tasted like carnation instant breakfast mixed in milk and then froze. The texture was as you would expect though.
