Destiny is one ROYALLY UGLY personality. My husband and I came in for two hash brown bowls with a side of gravy. She had 3 tables of 4 people in each and it took her, her second server and line cook 25+ minutes to call our order AND another 15 minutes for our food. Then Destiny tells us that their "ain't no gravy since my cook ain't made none" but she was walking around wiping down the same two counters and making a single waffle. I informed her that she took is part of the crew and can make gravy as well. She proceeded to tell us we can leave after we heard her hand out a grub hub order DESTINY had JUST made in less than 5 minutes, but called it out TO HAVE GRAVY. DON'T GO TO THIS TRASH LOCATION!!!! YOU WILL GET TREATED HORRIBLY.

We were not greated as we walked in. We waited to get served while waitress and cook were complaining about their relief had not shown up yet and how these two had been at work since 7pm and it was now 10 min to 7am. Sorry about your bad luck but that is my fault how!
The cook was dirty and the food was bad my husband and I had a upset stomach all night and day. Eggshells in my husband's eggs my eggs were not good the eggs had butter in.the middle cook doesn't have to be there bacon burnt sausage burnt we paid but we're not going back don't eat there if you want to get sick we ate nothing for a couple of days staying away ?

Honestly, I am extremely saddened that I even have to comment this. We are a Latino family, passing along as we are road-tripping back home to the East Coast. There aren’t too many of these back home so when we stopped by to pump gas we saw this place and were stoked to go have breakfast. There was a family that entered before us (Caucasian) and they were greeted and asked if they’d be dining in or taking out, they said dining in. A few minutes later they had a clean table for them and had them sit down. A few minutes pass, the entire restaurant is looking at us as if we are aliens from outer space. Staff still has not greeted us and every time we’d step to ask for help they’d walk away. Again, it’s rare that we ever enter a Waffle House so we weren’t aware at all of how to proceed. One more time we go back to the checkout station, mind you this entire time my family and I are standing in the very front where everyone can see us. We go back to the front one more time when finally the cashier goes “someone will be with you in a moment once she delivers the food out” we say okay thanks. Well the someone that came to help us goes “so you’re ordering to go right”. And I stated that no we were trying to dine in. She sighs and says nothing else and walked away. The level of dismiss that we felt in that moment was beyond one’s comfort. We had no choice but to walk away and not dine in there. People of color, do not go there !

Where do I start? This location has the absolute worst management I have ever seen in any environment. The big tall guy with bug eyes and glasses is a tyrant and screams the most vile things at his employees! You can feel the tension in the restaurant and it makes for a very unpleasant experience. We made sure to tip our waitress very good for being able to tolerate it, I simply could not.
