The past 3 times we have purchased food from this chick fil a, they have left out a whole entree! Every single time!!! It’s sad when the service is worse than Taco Bell or McDonald’s.

I do love me some Chick-Fil-A! My ONLY concern with this location is the slight confusion I have when accessing their drive-thru. I know they have 2 lanes, but where do they start? I did manage to figure it out, but I'm sure I irritated somebody behind me.

This is a typical Chick-fil-A location. Average food, served consistently and quickly with a smile. Drive thru is likely faster than Dining room. Clean and busy. They will get you served quickly and courteously.

Disappointed that the closest to a vegan or vegetarian option was combining side dishes of salad, crispy kale and fries. Seems odd when so many other restaurants, in response to changing demand, now offer this as standard and, dare I say, accept some social responsibility for promoting a more environmentally sustainable diet.

The drive thru setup at this location is horrible. What's weird about that is they closed for several months to make "upgrades," only for it to get worse. There are two lanes, and once you're in them you're stuck as there isn't room to navigate around them. There are parking spots between the building and the takeout lanes now, so as you're leaving you have to navigate around dine in patrons leaving. It's a terrible setup. The food is typical Chic fila food. But getting around the takeout lanes is a horrible experience.
*Edited* - this location does NOT do pup cups. Brought my dog and found out they don't, by their own choice. Between that, the crappy drive thru lines, and them getting my order wrong last time I went, I won't be back.

Customer services is not the same as it used to be.
All teenagers running this place. The floors inside were so slick, I’m betting because the kids use too much soap and don’t know how to mop, they’re a lawsuit waiting to happen. We waited on our food for quite a while. It was correct and fresh, thankfully, only the salad toppings and sauces were missing. As we were trying to finish eating one employee came by and let us know the dining room was about to close but we could stay and finish our meal. Then another young dude came by and said we could go outside and finish eating but we couldn’t stay inside. It was 40 degrees outside. This location seems poorly managed.

The worst designed parking lot I’ve ever seen. If you want to be trapped in a parking spot by the poorly designed drive thru definitely go to this location. You guys need to get someone regulating traffic.
