This is a great place to get fresh ready to serve food with quality service. It was busy when I arrived so I went inside and there were only 2 in line and I got waited on expidisously.However when I arrived home my egg rolls that I ordered wasn't in my takeout order. They were 2 for 3.oo or so but I didn't call nor go back to get them because of obviously it would have cost me more to go back . After eating my great salad I completely forgot about my missing items and was very pleased with my results.

Went to eat at 5:00pm on 12/30. 2 workers, one at each register. Nobody said hello or took our order .Both employees turned away and walked to back without saying a word to us.Very poor customer service.

Zaxby's food is consistent and delicious! Everything on the menu is a hit. Love the sauces, especially Spicy Zax sauce. Garlic blaze wings (pictured) is my favorite of their wing sauces, but all the ones I've had are good. Best fry seasoning around too. Best fast casual/drive thru chicken spot around
The worst Zaxby's ever! I just ordered a delivery order and the sauces were not in the bag...and yes I paid extra for the sauces. When I called to tell them the lady said...all I can do is say you will have to come get them and then hung up. Can I say never again!?!

My kid loves Zaxby's so we eat here often. I enjoy the fried cheese bites. We typically all get strip dinners. It's avg imo when it's hot and fresh. Food is typically fresh but service is typically slow. Expect to be in line awhile.

11/4/23 5:40pm.. the workers DID NOT want to do their job. The worker behind the counter VERY rude.. you need to tell someone that the bathroom is out of order instead of grab my shirt and pull me- that’s a good way to get punched.. this place needs new management and FAST.. food wasn’t right.
Please please care about your fries again. I have been the happiest customer for years anytime I ordered from you since I didn't eat chicken but my kids love ordering from yall. I don't eat bread so I place much consideration into a order of fries and you were #1 go to, The last year 90 percent of the time they are either barely done not even tan and limp or they have been cooked and then dumped back in the basket to try to fake the look of golden delicious fries but in reality they are flavorless extremely hard uneatable crinkle cut sticks with little to no seasoning. Please care more I beg you!

Toast was hard as a rock tenders was cold as ice and ? fries.Was so pissed ?.You won't have to worry about me ever coming back to this location.Get some people who care about customer service. Awful!

The service was terrible, I came inside to pick up my order and the lady at the front counter said she didn’t think it was ready yet but I saw a bag with food in it tied up on top of the cookie oven so I asked her if it was that bag and she turned around and said those bags hanging up on the rack right there are empty and I said no that’s not what I pointed at I’m talking about the bag up on the cookie oven and she turned around and looked again and said oh yeah that might be it. So she gives me the food and then my cup and in the middle of dispensing my drink the machine ran out of sprite so I took my cup up to the same lady and said can you please finish filling it up back there because the machine out here won’t let me get no more and she said well why not and I said I assume it’s out of sprite now and she said why and I said well it stopped pouring out and it’s grayed out where you can’t push it anymore and she said what let me go look and she comes around and looks and said oh that means it’s out of sprite so I’ll take your cup over to the drive through window and finish filling it up… I said ya that’s what I asked you to do already, that lady is so lost and has no clue what she’s doing up there and needs a different job at the restaurant to do
