Wish they’d let you give zero or less. The lady who brings your chips and salsa don’t bother asking her for anything else. You won’t get it from her. Took fifteen minutes to get them to finally serve us. Asked for a water with a lid for my son and she brought back a big cup and asked if that was ok. She argued with a table across from us when she messed up their order. Took ten mins to get her to acknowledge me that I needed a knife to cut my food

Decent food, terrible service. Don’t listen when you call to order to go and not very friendly when you come in to pay.

Place sucks justs canned food thrown together and overpriced do not recommend. The service is pretty good though but still doesnt make up for the overpriced microwave food.

Tried it a second time because my grandkids insisted, but never again. We were treated rudely, and the food was mediocre at best. We arrived close to closing time, and the staff was only interested in going home. Enough said.

Best Mexican restaurant in the Tri-Cities by far. Moved to JC and it’s a shame because we used to eat here 2-3 times a week and we crave it now. We still make time to stop by at least every once in a while though.

We have many Mexican restaurants in the area but this is my favorite.

Best Mexican food in Kingsport

This was some of the freshest Mexican food that I've had the pleasure of eating in quite some time. The staff were very friendly, our drinks stayed full without asking, the salsa and chips stayed full without asking, and the food was out super quick. This is now my go-to Mexican restaurant.

My husband and I went last night for the first time. Food was hot fresh and delicious!!! Service was great too!!! We will definitely be back.

Went here for lunch and was really impressed with how quickly I got my food during the lunch hour.
I had the Pollo Santa Fe and it was very good 10/10. The chicken was tender and flavorful and they were generous with the mushrooms. The salsa and chips were a highlight although it could have been more spicy.

Was ONE of my fave restaurants but it is now THE fave! The staff is always extremely friendly and quick to serve. The food is delicious! I am always changing my favorite dish. Right now it is the Arroz con Pollo! The food is always hot and extra yummy 😋 I highly recommend El Ranchito’s. Did I mention they have a huge dining area?!?! They do!
