Fish sandwich wasn't good, I bought 2 for 6 and both wasn't hot after asking for fresh hot ?, I feel like I should get my money back or at least a store
My curly fries was hard I asked for ketchup I didn't get none I got fish but I could have used a little extra more tartar sauce.

The time online for when they open isn't correct. Or they don't open and start work on time. Either way, it's helpful to have accurate start and stop times.*Update*I was told at 9:37 it would be another 30 minutes until they open. Online it says they open at 9:30am everyday. No problem. I come back and sit there for five minutes. The lady on the headset rudely says, "is there anything else". I said I was waiting to order. She says it's going to be another hour she's working by herself.All around a very rude and unprofessional way of speaking to me and handling the situation. I didn't appreciate it at all. I didn't complain about waiting, I understand starting late and not having help. But come on, that wasn't necessary or professional. She needs to work on how she speaks to people while being stressed out at work.

Came to the drive thru on Friday nite. Ordered the 2 for 6 fish n cheddar. Oh and fries. Had to wait bout 15 minutes for my order which wasn’t a problem.When she brought my bag out . I got a fries it was literally about 10 fries took it back to the drive thru she added more. Got all the way home we took food out. Only 1 sandwich . Drove all the way back. The supervisor came out. Ask what was the issue. I explained. She gonna tell me I meant to say 2 for 6. I said I repeated to the employee one without lettuce one the regular way. She goes on to argue or debate and say that’s not what she heard. But the drive thru employee said oh Yeal you did say that I remember. The supervisor is walking off like well I didn’t hear that and waving her hand like she wasn’t interested in what I was saying. Got my order now it’s 11:00 get home wrong no cheddar fish tater sauce on both with lettuce . I can’t eat lettuce and don’t like tarter sauce. I thru it away they was closed I was lidded and hungry. Just unprofessional. Gonna tell me what I meant to say.

I went thru the drive thru last night and purchased the family pack, which I had a coupon for 15.99. I want to say kudos to the staff. , That is one of the best food I received from any fast food restaurant. The food was hot, and fresh. The entire staff was very professional, courteous, and polite.I greatly appreciate it. Keep up the ? me work. 1/26- I just went through the drive thru again about an hour ago. Got the French dip combo, fish and cheddar, 6 piece mozzarella sticks, and a beef and cheddar. Once again that food was fresh and hot. Kudos to Zack,Nesha,DJ, and Gionna, all of you are very professional, customer oriented, and very cheerful. Thank you once again for making my Friday dinner. I greatly appreciate all of you. Take a bow, you deserve it.

This Arby's is so unprofessional the main manager is rude and I have overheard her several times cussing and being rude to employees. I came into the restaurant Saturday and asked where the regular girl is and she talked bad about her in front of others this is unprofessional and needs to be addressed. I love Arby's but after hearing this I will absolutely not be coming back to this one.

I stopped in the drive thru and ordered a Reuben and asked if they could strain some of the juice from the sour kraut so the bread would not get soggy it came to the window fast. By the time I pulled to the road I pulled the sandwich out and guess what? The bread was already soaked in the juice and soggy. The sandwich alone is $8.00 you just can't get good service on magnolia at all. Won't be back at that location. Check your orders if you do drive thru.

Arbys is always good. That being said, we stopped in for the Good Burger meal. So, it was good, but the one I got had WAY too much sauce on it. I get it. It's based on the first movie about the sauce, but sheesh! It was still good though. That sauce was bangin!
