Great service. Dakota the general manager has always been very helpful. We typically get multiple dozens to bring treats for a large group. There is no dedicated parking, but there are 4 public spaces with 2 hours of free parking along the side of the building. This location also has ice cream and frozen treats. Brand new Krispy Kreme with beautiful interior. The staff takes pride in their space. Met with a smile by Janiyah who helped us with our orders. She offered free samples of their new mini-donut too. The display cases were full and the donuts looked great! The restaurant was very clean. The donuts are brought in from Kingston Pike or Broadway so don't expect to see a Hot n Now sign. But the service is wonderful.

This location is super convenient to the UT campus and the service is A+ EVERY time. You can now get your donuts warmed, which is great for everyone who loves when the hot sign is on! I've visited many Krispy Kreme locations in this area and across the south and this is, by far, the best service I've received. Even with the disadvantage of not being a baking location, they are still the most highly recommended for me!
