Buddha was by far the best server I have had at any restaurant! He is so attentive and has the post beautiful and positive attitude! Will ask for him whenever I come! He made our Easter dinner! Food was good as well!

As always Red Lobster is a great place to sit down and have a nice meal.
Waited at table nearly 10-15 mins to be greeted. The waitress walked by many times helping her other tables. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy as it was a Sunday evening. Ordered two endless shrimp. Took 30 mins to get first round! So we’d been there about 45 mins by now! Server said a big party just got their food so little behind. We ate got one small second round then asked for check since we’d been there too long already. That took another ten mins to pay. Absolutely terrible customer service. Other servers never stopped by to help when we were looking around. This evening we were getting out of there just under two hours! I sent a message to the company with specific reference to Knoxville location and never got a reply! Obviously shows what they think. No wonder why we had the experience we had if they don’t even care about a review corporately. Too expensive to get fast food level customer service!

Experience was terrible. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the server took 30 minutes!! I asked for a medium steak and it was well done. My fiancé needed water and after she asked had to wait another 10 minutes for a refill. Our server would not honor the endless scampi and we had to ask to get our scampi. Would never come back again!!!!

Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday dinner here. We had great food and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. The best part of coming here with our family was our waitress Tyler. She was so nice and knowledgeable with the menu. We all had questions and she knew the answers. She was very personable and fun to be around. She also made sure we were always taken care of but not constantly breathing down our necks. She was absolutely wonderful and we all loved her. We will definitely be returning!

I finally got the chance to be served by the unfriendliest waiter I’ve ever had in my life. The only time he was nice was when he brought us our bill. If our presence was that big of a burden, we will not return. Our food was really good and hot. Building was clean and inviting. Back of house did their jobs really well.

Dirty , smeared entry doors..dirty carpets..food was fair..service very good..won't return.
The service was so bad tonight. Our server was really sweet….when she came to the table. It took about 10 minutes to get our soft drinks (sat at the bar before getting the table and saw all the drinks just sitting there) told her we wanted to wait until we got our apps before ordering her entrees. So she continues to pull out her notebook and pen, so I then let her know that we were waiting. The mashed potatoes I got tasted so processed, I had to overdue the salt and pepper to make it manageable. We asked for refills and again, took another 5 minutes. At some point she made the comment about how the whole kitchen line was training and that’s why everything was taking so long. And then it took another 10 minutes to get our checks. Overall- really bad service. Wasn’t a manager in sight.

This location compared to merchants is spectacular. I always do the crab leg special on Tuesdays and Alexis was super sweet and took very good care of me! all of the girls at this location are super kind! The food and drinks came out quick and delicious. I will definitely come back!
